A once in a lifetime must visit place. Great ambience. Cultural counters were organised and maintained well. The zangoora show is one time watch. All characters did pretty nice work. Overall a day well spent.

Awesome to watch Zangoora show 2nd time. What a great show it is till today. More than 350 people are still working with the same enthusiasm, pace, dedication and hardwork. This show is must to watch in a life time for everyone.
Also the food at Culture Gully was too good of every state. But Jhumroo is still left to watch. Will surely going to visit it again for completing the leftovers shows and events.

Good place for family outing. Energetic performance and excellent show by beyond bollywood team. However they have depicted Jhumur of tea garden of Assam as Bihu. North East is always depicted wrongly in mainland India , hope this will be corrected

KOD is truely a magical land. The infrastructure is splindid, food is exquisite and the show, zangoora, can not be defined in words.
Everyone should visit atleast once.

Today went for the Alice in Wonderland show at 1pm. The show is a total disappointment. The coordination between the Artist and the background lights and music is quite bad, needs a lot of improvement. The artist have not vacated the stage and the lights get switched on. Further the lead actor lip movement are not in sync with the background voice. In the process of copying Western culture the accent used for the English language makes it difficult to comprehend the dialogues. The show is for the kids and it has to be made interesting to keep the interest of the kids alive, and but it fails to do that. Overalls lot of coordination and improvement is required. Very bad experience for an expensive show.

Good place to go on outing with family with no fee on entry but have to pay for food and other drama shows like zangoora which is a very interesting show with nice atmosphere. Can go in culture guly where you can find different Indian cuisines.

I watched zangoora, which is awesome. The energy of people and the ambience they create is just breathtaking. Culture gully loks pretty unnatural and it isn't that amusing as well. But the show, zangoora..do watch it!

The Kingdom of Dreams, also known as KOD sits maje...

The Kingdom of Dreams, also known as KOD sits majestically in Gurugram (Previously Gurgaon) and is India's first live entertainment, leisure and theatre destination. It is a magnificent structure and glitters merrily in sector 29. It offers visitors a taste of contemporary and modern India through the means of interactive tableaus, galleys, and arts. Inside the Kingdom of Dreams, Culture Gully, India's first-ever skydome has stalls capturing the culture of fourteen different states with local fine arts, cuisines and street arts. With two international standard theatres and advanced state-of-art technology, it promises to take you on a mystical and unforgettable journey of diverse culture, lifestyle, and traditions of different parts of India.
Things to see: There are three things to see. i) Zangoora, a live stage show. It is a musical act worth watching once. Usually they have one show per day. The show is of nearly 2 hours duration. ii) Jhumroo, a musical comedy similar to Zangoora and iii) Culture gully- it is inside a big hall. Something like a mall with a theme. The hall is completely covered and air-conditioned. There are many restaurants and souvenir shops. All are decorated in different themes from different states of India. There are puppet shows, dances, music etc. Worth watching once. Inside the campus of KOD, there are three theaters. One each for the above three (zangoora, Jhumroo and Culture Gully). Parking: They have a huge parking space within the campus and it is free. I found a lot of open parking spaces even on a Sunday. In the worst case, you have another huge open parking jus outside the entrance of KOD. Entry, tickets and other expenses: From May 2018, the revised ticket norms are as follows. There are two kinds of entry tickets. One for the show (Zangoora or Jhumroo) and the other for the culture gully. Minimum entry fee is Rs 600. It includes entry to the culture gully. In the culture gully you can redeem the entire Rs 600 for food. Cost of food is a bit exorbitant. A dosa costs Rs 165. Carry your own water bottle. Water is costly too. If you buy a ticket for a show (like zhangoora), you have complementary entry to the culture gully, but no complementary food. You have to buy everything you eat there. Even if you do not eat anything, culture gully is quite a nice place, where you can spend a few hours. Puppet shows etc are free and open to all. There are games for kids also-they are not free. Tickets for zangoora or jhumroo cost nearly Rs 1000 to 3000 per head. There are different types of tickets (bronze, silver, gold..), details of which are there in the KOD website. I found that silver and bronze seats are also fine. Ask for seats closer to the stage. The view from the seats even on the extreme sides are also great. However, view from the upper deck (balcony) is probably not that great. Tickets for shows are nearly Rs 500 costlier on weekends. There is also a musical fountain near KOD (not part of KOD). Include it in your itinerary. I strongly recommend Zangoora. Senior citizens and kids will also enjoy. Sound levels are a bit high inside the theatre and may not be good for kids below 2 years. For a weekend trip, you have to spend nearly Rs 2400 per head (show ticket Rs 2100 (silver), 1 dosa in culture gully- Rs 165 and a vada-pao during the show in the theater-Rs 80).

It is a great place and it's very well made and maintained. The main show: Zangoora is a live musical of international standards and is the of a very grand stature. The costumes are very elaborate and the acting is very real. A lot of renowned people in the film industry have contributed their efforts toward making the show a great success. The storyline is very good and the aerial acts are great. The indoor shopping district is a bit overpriced but the food is excellent. They feature good items from different states of India. I definitely recommend visit and is almost as good as a Disney musical. A lot of effort and money had been spent after making such a grand place.
