Casino is very clean and the employees are very friendly.
Baffet good food at a good price.
Slot machines pay fairly well.

My Wife and I stayed a Night in the Hotel, Gambled, and had Dinner at one of the Restaurants. We really had a Great Time. The Entire Staff was Very Friendly and We felt Safe all during our stay. They take Pride in following COVID 19 Safety Protocol. We plan to go back soon. This Casino is Very Nice Overall and seems to be getting even Better. Highly Recommend for a Getaway.

Nice poker room and plenty of machines to play. I only wish they had table games and a little better buffet. I didn't eat at the restarauunts, so I don't how that was. Overall, nice experience.

The casino was super clean and friendly staff. They have a Thermal temperature reader at the entrances, masks, and hand sanitizer. I booked a room at the hotel and the room was sealed off until you break that seal. I thought that was clever and reassuring to customers of the sanitizing protocols they have in place. Every other machine is turned off for 6ft social distancing. The casino has opted to be a non-smoking facility. They do have designated areas outside for smoking. They should consider vape pens because the smoke is odorless and evaporates instantly. Maybe a dispenser for electronic devices and cartridges. They did have the drink station open but it is not self serve anymore and the staff will get you a drink. The bars were open but the wait time was long. The service at the machine is faster. The food was great. We had tacos for breakfast and steak burgers for lunch. Promotions are not being offered right now but hopefully soon they have a little something for the guests. Overall the machines were paying and I would recommend a visit to this casino if you like to win big! They are my favorite casino.

I had an Awesome time with my Best Friend, Betty. It was a early Birthday Trip. Gambled til 5am. We stayed the night. We had to get some rest before heading back to San Antonio.

This place ain't what it used to be. Most machines pay out very little unless you hit a jackpot or something. I won't be coming back. Old machines were more fun n payed out reasonable winnings not now. Boo kikapoo

Overall experience with this place was pretty good it seems like the machines turned off at a certain time for any kind of play so between those hours don't put your money in the machines until they start paying again no smoking once again

With the pandemic still going strong I would have thought the casino would have been atleast clean or even seen people cleaning. It was disgusting! I will not be back!

I escorted my parents and was glad it wasn't busy, but I never saw anyone cleaning the machines! employees wore PPE, but the machines were left unsanitized. I would recommend people carry their own wipes to be more cautious. Also, ate at Wok Inn and ordered the lo mein noodles, I got spaghetti with meat and shredded carrots. My parents got sick after eating at the River Bend grill, so beware.

This casino is a rip off in comparison to other casinos from Winstar to Vegas. Payout is completely rigged and you lose almost always. We stayed at the hotel there and it was just OK... nothing special but was a bit expensive for what you got. Wish I never went there but glad to tell people to avoid this place

My wife and I have enjoyed our times at Kickapoo, they have a nice selection of slots, several restaurants and several give always.

Love very clean you can tell safety is there top priority staff is very on top of cleaning and wiping down everything

Had a good time...must wear mask! They have new games..and good food. They no longer have free water bottles. You can purchase one for a dollar. But they still have free soda and coffee.

A few times when I was about to hit for a few hundred dollars the screen would shut off and turn right back on and it would be a loss. I mean when all the winning symbols would lock in the screen would glitch and the last row would spin again. Pay attention to the notice on the machine s that say not responsible for glitches

Went into the ladies restroom by the hotel at about 4 am and it was out of toilet paper and was in sanitary. As I came out I mentioned it to the two hostess that were standing talking I'm like there's no toilet paper in there and they both acknowledge that I was kinda like not happy. As I walked away they went back to talking and I turned to say that it shouldn't be like that in the restroom.

It was really clean. They have some machines offline to take care of the spacing. We went on a Tuesday so their was very little people and slots weren't paying out. But overall there was a lot of good health measures in place, everyone is wearing masks and theirs no smoking, which was great.

Had a treat time here, did a day trip with a few good friends and found it to be an exhilarating experience. They added a few more places to eat to include a more variety of food. The games were fun and plentiful, poker was available to play in it's own room along with bingo. They had a few shows but I did not see any personally. Was fun and fast but really fun for a night of gambling.

Slot machines,, are very tight they don't pay out like other casinos I've been to. Place is pretty clean. Not kid friendly. But there is a good variety of food establishments. Rooms are clean..

Very secure with lots of precautions...only thing I didn't like was my room. IHOP needs to improve there service...a bit to slow.

I gave it 4 stars because I won ,however the employees didn't seem knowledgeable about the machines what earned points could be used for our meals were mediocre at best. Our room was very spacious very nice mattresses several pillows on the bed large fluffy towels a tablet on the night stand so you could tap on the restaurant's and see the menus request what you needed from housekeeping or the front desk set the alarm request wakeup calls,so that was nice.The gift shop was small not much of a selection.
I happened to be there on their giveaway day even though I earned over 6000 points I could not get the panini they were giving away this week because I don't come often enough. The bell hop was very nice and even with us wearing masks recognized my mother and asked her if she was feeling better Also on Wednesday they had a special for seniors(55 & over) get an entree for 50%
I suggest that anyone who goes dress warm because they keep it very very cold throughout the casino and the restaurants,also no smoking a anywhere inside.

Nice casino for a quick day or overnight trip. If you like slots this is your place. Keep in mind there is no blackjack, roulette, craps tables and poker is very limited. If you are looking for a full casino experience travel to Oklahoma or Vegas but for a quick fun getaway this casino will do.

No smoking allowed which is great! Masks are required and machines are disabled to enforce spacing. Unfortunately, that cuts down on the available ones so it can be a challenge to find a free one when it gets busy.
Only one manned drink station is available. Food court is good. I had a fun time and will be coming back

Fun and entertaining and exciting when you win a Jackpot!!! Lots of restaurants inside and bars and even a hotel for over nighters. And you gotta love the Poker room and even the Bingo room for Wednesdays and weekends!!!

Disclosure, I only play poker. The poker room is small, but fun! Good mix of players. Light on the action during the week, more tables open on weekends. Only have $1-$2 NL or $3-$6 limit. No smoking in the entire casino which is rare. Food is good, drinks or NOT complementary.

I had a very good experience at the Kickapoo hotel and casino. All the staff are very polite and professional.

Almost everything is perfect here the only complaint I have is the restaurants and snack bars they are terrible. Now if you leave the property to eat you'll have a wonderful time.

Still unable to smoke and drink as before the covid crisis, and had limited machines due to the spacing, however I still had a good time . Also i was able to eat at the food court with no problems.

Nobody was winning. They kept everyone's money. Nothing was ringing for hours.

It's nice,but that's just the second time we gave been.

This staff deserves massive props. Of all the hotels I have stayed this one is by far the best when it comes to sterilizing!!!! They have a dedicated person sterilizing the elevators after each guest. Not to mention, how extremely welcoming and helpful and polite. San antonio could and should take lessons from this hotel

Clean hotel room, staff was great. Hotel has food options on 1st floor along with the machines. Check in and check out was easy, they do charge a $100 deposit in which it gets refunded 5-7 business days depending on bank. The room was your average hotel room, nothing too luxurious. Hotel does have a gift shop and free parking.

I was not impressed on the cleanness of the casino since the pandemic. It was disgusting and not maintained at all. I am shocked they are allowed to be open as dirty as it was.

Not good today. Machines ate up money and didnt want to give anything in return, not even bonus. Think they tightened them to make up some lost money this year. Hand sanitizer and wipes were available though, thru out casino. It is risky.

Safe clean limited seating. Best part no smoking allowed!

E-z to get to and though. Circle driveway makes it easy to drop off your money.

Average rating, many people complaining of not winning like before pandemic but then we arrived late after 1:30 am. Everyone had masks on. Still a good casino, I will go again. Loved the casino being smoke free! I saw most people enjoying themselves regaurdless of winning or not.

It is class 2 gaming. Nothing but bingo games. Good space. This casino has been closed and is opening up non smoking on Oct 1st 2020. You have to pay for alcoholic drinks if you smoke, enjoy comped drinks and class 3 gaming, this bingo parlor will leave you very dissatisfied.

Great place to go if you want to play slots but don't have the money to travel far. It's about 2 hours from San Antonio. It gets crowded during the nights they give stuff away but on regular days its not too crowded.

Busy but theres games to play! They have every other machine unavailable and removed those chairs. It's great for social distancing but not so hot for a married couple to play together- we ended up yelling over to each other! Lol I do like its non-smoking so your clothes dont end up smelling like smoke after you leave

**This review is for the Buffet only** This town must not have many buffets and these people know it... Any self respecting Chinese buffet will have twice the menu options... this place was very very disappointing. It is rundown too and service is slow and not very attentive. Look at the pictures and judge for yourself... We visited on a Wednesday at 7pm. Gets two stars due to price and the cream of spinach being half decent

During this chaotic times its always good to have a place to go where it doesn't remind you of the chaos around us. Wasn't crowded during the day and time we went, Friday afternoon. Many places to clean hands. Machines were cleaned and spaced out. Food areas were still open. My only issue was the soda and coffee machines were closed for complementary drinks but you could still order from bars.

Bachelorette party... Covid rules in place and enforced so we felt very comfortable

My visit to kickapoo has always been great until covid19 they had to close. When it reopened I was so excited. I have been going there every weekend for 3 years
I was shocked to find out I no longer had free rooms.guess the average people are not that important only the high rollers. So glad I decided to try Coushatta they made me feel appreciated after 1 visit

Hotel/casino was clean and they took measures for Covid. There was staff sanitizing the slot machines when unoccupied. Room was very spacious and the stand alone tub was great. The bed was memory foam and I didn't feel my partner moving around. Great night.

During this Covid-19 pandemic it was GREAT to see that there are precautions being taken at Kickapoo Lucky Eagle Casino. The hand sanitizer and disinfectant wipe stations strategically placed all over the casino were great!! Staff were redirecting patrons to put their face masks on appropriately. Slot machines were designated to allow spacing. All in all...it was FUN & SAFE!!
