The worst coffee I had in very long time!! After a sip, I returned it to the barista who did not even apologise and, even worse, did not offer me to prepare another one! I had to leave, after having paid a coffee that I did not drink! I simply cannot understand how they can serve this poor quality and still be alive. DON'T GO

As someone who is both from Melbourne, and drinks a huge amount of coffee, KB Cafe provided a pleasant surprise. It certainly isn t the best coffee you ll ever drink, but it s great for Paris.

Contrary to popular belief, it s pretty hard to find good coffee in Paris (and Europe in general). Grab your caffeinated beverage of choice, sit on the terrace and people-watch, and make the hike up to Montmartre.

Had a really disappointing experience. I was really excited to visit this aussie-style coffee shop and finally have a really great coffee in Paris, the shop offers many different roasts of coffee and will do pour-overs or aeropress. I asked for an aeropress and asked for a recommendation on a light citrusy roast. The barista recommended the guatamalan, having never been here I accepted his recommendation. After waiting 15 minutes, the coffee came, bitter, bland, dark and muddy. I took it back to the counter and said it wasn't what I'd asked for and the employee said "all of the roasts will taste the same" didn't offer to make another one, didn't offer a refund. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone searching for a great cup of coffee.

One of the first coffeeshop in Paris, ideal location, with a very pleasant terrace. Quality service and products. Average rating because the service is most of the time quite cold or even unpleasant.

Perfect location, nice setting. Filter coffee is ok. Orange juice does not seem to be fresh. No salty breakfast. Order at counter. Reasonable price. Typical hipster place, somehow misses the Parisian vibe.

Best cappuccino I had while in France! I was actually surprised that it was difficult to find a really good cappuccino during my France travels and cannot even tell you how excited I was once I tried my first cappuccino at KB Cafe on my 3rd day in Paris. Currently pregnant, I am limited by my daily caffeine consumption and want nothing more than for my 1 cup of the day to be delicious. It is heartbreaking when caffeine fix sucks-- seriously, verge of tears sucky(darn pregnancy hormones). Thank goodness, KB Cafe knows how to consistently serve up good cappuccinos. We stopped here multiple days during our time in Paris and my cappuccino was perfect each and every time.

servers no consideration for the customer (especially the brunette).
Quietly do the decorations, not hello, after 15 minutes you deign to tell me that you have to order at the counter.
Anti trader, as if they could not say it at the beginning, they had only that to do more ...
At 5 euros the micro cookie, sincerely we can at least have a little consideration for customers. Paris is crazy about the world, living Berlin and its smiling home, its cookies to 1 euros and its servers that do not take themselves seriously
. Remind your employees that customers can pay wages at the end of the month.
I left without consuming in the end.

Went there since the reviews say that the coffee is good but unfortunately was left disappointed. My flat white was very watery, it was brought over with a lot of it spilt over the edges. The milk didn t taste fresh - it tasted like long life milk. Also found the food a little overpriced. The interior was nice though.

My favorite coffee shop in Paris, hands-down. They are one of the few roasters in the city, and produce excellent coffee. Pour over and filter are amazing. They have reasonable rules regarding laptops and wifi, which is hard to come by in the city.

In the 5 weeks I have been in Europe now. The challenge has been hard to find coffee to my Melbourne's standards. It has taken 5 countries, 2 train trips today. To find the coffee to the standards I know. Well worth a vist for a coffee.

Seriously no idea what the hype is about this place. The coffee is good. The prices are too expensive. The terrace is nice but filled with tourists. I wouldn't make a detour for this place again.

We came this morning and had a horrible experience: We asked for some salty food, there was not any - ok, no problem. We asked for something glutenfree and vegan - there was not any - ok. Then we asked, if we could order the toast with jam, but have them use glutenfree bread that we had with us - not possible (!). Finally we decided to still order coffee and juice, sit outside and have something from another shop as food. We were chased away (and the owner explained that the neighboring shop does not prepare its food freshly which is why they already serve salty stuff???) even though it was rainy and the terrace was empty. What a pity - it is still 2 stars, as the coffee is good, but the experience was not at all...we ended up at another place where they happily invited us to have our bread in the shop - so it is possible if you want to...

Good coffee and pastries. Compared to other specialty coffee shops this had a more touristy vibe, more commercial/hipsterish. Overall good coffee, which is hard to come by in Paris unfortunately.

Ordered two flat whites, one was incredibly strong, which was great, but the other was very weak. Had not realised until nearing the end of our coffee or I would have asked for a new one. Lots of good cakes and slices though and the staff were friendly.

The staff is very kind, location is great, coffee is good, and they take credit card for any amount which is not a given :-) loads of fresh air, which is also not a given, without having traffic in your face.

If you want to relive Friends without going to a Starbucks, sell ... I'm a little hard because the decor is very simple but tasteful, well chosen products. A little too much of a show off for me

The prices are exorbitant and the staff is not particularly friendly. This cafe is filled with American tourists. There are many excellent establishments in the neighborhood, go your way on KB.

The place and the clientele (rather feminine, thirty and trendy) are pleasant. The cafes are very good there. The place is very popular with Anglo-Saxons. The staff is fluent in English. We order at the counter.

Too many people, too many Macbooks, too many installers, extremely long wait, screened terrace, few seats available. Taste-free filter coffee. Too much gimmick and not enough intrinsic quality in the product. Perfect if you want to have designs in your coffee foam. Less to enjoy a good coffee that makes you come back. The desserts are however very good.

Great coffee, nice place to hang out in the morning -- especially on the weekends. Knocking it down 1 star for messing up my filtered coffee (Who drinks filtered coffee in France, anyway?) -- but since that experience, they've redeemed themselves.
