As a coffee junkie, this place is a dream! Self-guided tours of the coffee plantation and free samples! Cute little museum as well showing some coffee history. At the shop, make sure to try coffee ice cream drizzled with two espresso shots. Best thing I've tasted!

The coffee is great, the tour is great, and the shop is great. This was a wonderful spot to get a tour and learn a little more about the rich history and challenges of Hawaiian coffee. The machinery and process of Kauai coffee are equally fascinating!

This place has a great variety and selection of coffees. You can sample any of them for free. It's a must try location on the island. A nice assortment of souvenirs to take back home with you, too. Prices are good.

The tasting area was my favorite part. Got to taste over 15 different coffees and really figure out what I liked. Bought 5 bags of different coffees for friends back home. I'm sure everyone will love it. We did the walking tour which is a short self guided tour that takes about 15 to 20 minutes. There's a gift shop and small food and coffee window with malasadas and other baked goods, sandwiches, etc. Great pit stop on the way to Waimea Canyon.

Did the tour. I am an avid coffee, espresso drinker, as well a long time enthusiast home barista who is familiar with SCCA standards. Very disappointed that 1: they don't sell raw beans 2: there is only wash process beans, no dry/natural 3: the roasts are substandard, in that they are not bringing out the roast. 4: the on site coffee shop has no idea how to properly tune their espresso machines and as a result they have flat blonde crema espresso drinks, and only serve coffee in thermos! They did have one peaberry type of beam on French press which is the best you can get. The workers are kind people... I feel the business is suited for big retail like Costco, Walmart, CVS type places. Considering the special red soil, being right next to the ocean with natural water, there is a potential for exceptional coffee in this climate which is being missed!

The self-guided tour is very interesting. I learned a lot I didn't know about coffee. Such as, a darker roast has less caffeine. You shouldn't store coffee in your refrigerator. They explain the planting, growing, picking, and processing steps. The self-guided tour takes about 20 minutes. Best of all, they have sample brews available to taste. I've been coming to the island for years, but this is the first time I've stopped by here. It's a worthwhile stop.

Be prepared, bring sun protection and wear cool clothes. The free tours are mostly outside. Their cafe inside where you can order coffee is understaffed and doesnt seem to be able to handle the crowds there do be patient if you want something from their cafe made such as coffee, or ice cream, etc.

The company is located on the beautiful island of Kauai, which is known for its stunning natural beauty and rich volcanic soil that makes it an ideal place to grow coffee.

Kauai Coffee Company was founded in 1987 by a group of local farmers who wanted to create a sustainable business that would benefit their community. Today, the company has grown into one of the largest coffee producers in Hawaii, with over 4 million trees spread across 3,100 acres.

One thing that sets Kauai Coffee Company apart from other coffee brands is its commitment to sustainability. The company uses eco-friendly farming practices such as composting and recycling to reduce waste and protect the environment. They also use renewable energy sources like solar power to power their operations.

When it comes to quality, Kauai Coffee Company doesn't compromise. They carefully select only the best beans from their estate and roast them in small batches to ensure maximum flavor and freshness. The history behind this amazing brand dates back centuries ago when King Kamehameha I brought Brazilian seedlings with him on his journey across Pacific Ocean during his conquests around early 1800s . These seedlings were planted on various islands including Maui , Oahu , Molokai but it wasn't until late 1800s when John Marsden started growing these same plants on his land near Hanalei Bay which later became known as "Marsden Estate". In early days Marsden Estate was producing sugar cane but after several years he realized that soil conditions were perfect for growing high quality Arabica beans so he switched crops .

Today Marsden Estate has been transformed into what we know today as "Kauai Coffee" . With over thirty different varieties grown here there's something everyone will love whether you prefer light roast or dark roast flavors!

In conclusion if you are looking for high-quality Hawaiian coffees with rich flavor profiles then look no further than Kauai Coffee Company! Their commitment towards sustainability combined with exceptional taste make them stand out among other brands available today!
