The swimming pool in the middle of complex is very nice and also they have excellent gym and good service and restaurant. The rooms itself are a bit outdated though and shower doesn't work great (difficult to adjust hot water).

The rooms are great but the whole setup seems deeply disorganized. They don t pick up the phone, all additional services are super expensive and it s one of the few establishments in Kampala that charges an extra fee when you pay with a card (illegal).
The courts are not well maintained.
While the location and scenery is great, the whole experience is so and so. I wish they could improve

It's nice, the grounds are beautiful and have great sports facilities - fully equipped gym, pools, tennis and squash courts and spa. Service is good. The breakfast could do with a shake up, not buffet, so you order your regular eggs and vegetables, everything else is the same, fruit, cereal, pastries - oh and the Indian vegeterian option. No Ugandan/African cuisine which I was expecting aside.
