JW Bucharest Marriott Grand Hotel Review

Gym does not open until 8am on weekends!!!! Anyone who works out in the morning.. 6am 7am, youll be stuck running hotel stairs. Sad times

One of the best hotels in Bucharest! A very good international hotel chain and this one is not an exception. Well situated, great service, comfort and cleanliness and a very varied breakfast.

At the 2nd and 3rd conferences the attitude of the waiters remained unchanged. I expect more professionalism in such a place !! Maybe in the future!!

Luxury hotel, a casino with everything for the pretentious

A communist construction arranged in a very beautiful hotel.

Outstanding hotel, beautiful and clean. Great amenities and within walking distance of Old Town and many other attractions in Bucharest.

An elegant hotel, to be appreciated for having everything you need, SPA, large parking behind the hotel, friendly staff. But I noticed a big problem, I think it's a general problem of very large hotels .... when cooling and heating is done with fan coils especially those mounted on the ceiling .... I called to ask what happens to the heating, and the answer ... the centralized system correlates the temperature in the installation with the outside temperature .. so far correctly ... but if I pay a price for a room, I assume that the thermal comfort is commensurate .... it's ... no . If the outside temperature drops below a certain temperature then the plant leaves .... and from here everything cascades. And that's not all .... when you turn on the air conditioning to heat up and the fan leaves the fan coil you have to put on headphones .... or medicine plugs .... so it happens in larger houses. In terms of comfort, take off your hat

The only disadvantage of the hotel is far from the city and the pool is covered and is in the basement and a long and unpleasant walk

Even though being the only five star hotel in this city, it has the worst customer service within its bar and restaurants. Just for sleeping and breakfast its ok but for better bar & restaurant services head to Old Town.

Probably the best hotel in Bucharest! The location is a little outside the central area, but it fully compensates for the quality of the services. The well-represented retail area, as well as the restaurants. The pub is a special place where you can watch any sporting event that is transmitted to the planet ! In general, a place that creates addiction (in a pleasant way) and where you come back with pleasure even if you are a tourist or a local.

A clean place, polite people, pleasant surroundings, quality service, create a feeling of safety and well.

I did not stay in the hotel because I live nearby but I`m coming here every time I want to shop some nice clothes or eat a great meal at he Steak House

In one word, horror! In two words angle of the world !!! Even if I do not pay attention to the fact that the cleaning lady cleaned us the money, the hotel service is just awful. The hotel management backed the worker and made us suspicious. When you arrive at the entrance to the hotel, you understand where you fell when the screams of "you bitch whore" come out of the mouth of one of the guests at the hotel. Do not expect to eat anything. Instead you will get peanuts and almonds and a piece of dry cake. Of course the hotel management did not think of any compensation other than a late check-out that was approved for us and they also took 2000 lei.

JW is a true 5 stars hotel. Rooms are great, the bed and pillows are a moist and a wide choice of restaurants from fancy ones to sports bar to enjoy a drink with fellow mates.
I recommend.

A very special location. Very friendly staff. A very luxurious hotel complex but also with affordable prices. Exclusive exclusive shops. Breakfast is copious, even spectacular. A coffee at the bar next to the hotel's reception costs 18 lei.

The hotel is very chic, the rooms are large and tastefully decorated.
Unfortunately, the breakfast was not convincing, because a person was missing to coordinate. At the moment it is difficult to find a clean table and there are always large gaps on the buffet. It's a shame.
