Just Turkey Review

I USED TO LOVE THIS PLACE....NOW THEY ARE WAYYYY TOO STINGY ON THE MEAT FOR THE PRICE....

This used to be one of my favorite restaurants in my neighborhood. Every cheat day, I would get the same dish, BBQ Turkey Tips and fries. But after ordering that same dish this past Saturday and getting food poisoning, I will never return to this place again. Eat here at your own risk, as the employees are either not following proper hygiene protocols or the restaurant is serving bad meat. Thanks for helping me lose more weight though!

Ordered off postmates for pickup, and at first they acted like they knew nothing of my order even though I recieved the confirmation message that my food was ready. But within 5 minutes, I got my food, and it was delicious. The parking lot can get crowded and be create a bit of a hassle, but the small inconveniences are worth it once you take that first bite of your food.

I get the mini turkey tips [just enough for me] and lasagna w/spinach. Very good...

Dope BBQ/Jerk Turkey joint. Pretty cool staff for the most part. I always order either the large or small half BBQ/jerk turkey tip w/ separate fries. It will bless your entire stomach.

Everything was delicious, starting from appetizers to desserts! Definitely coming back!

This is by far the best Turkey joint in the city. Their whole menu is great...Ohh Wee Tea too.

Love, love love this place! The food is not only seasoned to perfection, but is a much healthier choice. Fantastic tasting food & great customer service as well..I recommend this spot to everyone!

I got the nacho and one jerk taco. It wasn t giving what its supposed to gave. The chips on the nachos were very stale, and I just didn t have enough meat. I barely could taste the meat that s how much they lacked meat! The nachos had way too much cheese, it was like a chips with cheese for gods sake. -kimberly Green

Despite being on the expensive side, their food is always so so good & fresh! Their portion sizes are pretty good! They also have really good crinkle cut fries.

The Jerk Turkey Lasagna w/Spinach was soooo delicious. I'll be back for more!!

Service was horrible i called in my order& still had to wait 30 minutes after getting there to pick up my order my order was still wrong after all that

I will get soft tender bites but today it was too hard to chew! Plus I order a large and It look like a small order. Can't slack off. You should always stay the same.

This was my first experience at Just Turkey Restaurant. I use Google to find a local barbecue spot and turkey is what I was looking for specifically. The prices are pretty reasonable and I ordered a large turkey tip and a link/tip combo. Because I was not from the area, I decided that I wanted to try the jerk turkey burger as well. The jerk turkey burger had great flavor, however it was a little bit dry. The turkey tips were amazing! The barbecue sauce that came on a turkey tips was perfect and the fries were also drizzled with the barbecue sauce.

Everything I ordered came with slices of bread on a bed of fries. I would definitely recommend Just Turkey restaurant and I will surely be back to visit.

No one was dining in, however I could tell that it is usually packed because it was constant stream of customers coming in the door while I waited. The cashier was extremely friendly and knowledgeable of all the products. You must try them at least once while in the city. Thanks for the great experience!

1st time having it order a small jerk tip Good Italian turkey dip ok food was still hot when made it to work customer service was great and patient with helping me order.

Placed a phone order for turkey tips (3) up in 20 minutes. Arrived at the restaurant only to be told they were out of tips due to a catering order? Really? The woman that took my order should have told me they were out before I wasted my time and gas driving to pick up order. I guess she thought I would order something else but I didn't. That was my last visit to that unprofessional joint. No references from me.

I always get the jerk salad they give a lot of meat and the salad ingredients are always fresh.

So my first experience was awesome the food was exceptional. However, I guess that s because it was through Uber eats, and I didn t have to encounter the rudeness that was just displayed when o left out of there. The first thing that is definitely needed is a crash course in customer service. After not being greeted after being left standing at the counter for several minutes, I received a what you getting? To which I responded can I help you. Then I was met with a blank stare which without words spoke volumes. Somewhat of a either you re going to order or not look. I then asked are you the manager uhmm no he gone for the day. Would you like to leave your information. Huh information for what s your name . Oh my name is Naya. With customer service like the rudeness I just experienced it could taste like heaven, and I would ve spend another dime in there ..Just rude for no reason. Some cs retrains are definitely in order, and based on the service I just got if I could ve given a zero I would have!!!!

The food is the best! Never have I been disappointed when I stop in. The staff is friendly! The food is good and if your looking for a way to substitute beef or pork this is the way to go! I'm not a local but anytime I go to Chicago it's a must to stop here!

Turkey tips were dry asl. No sauce at all on little burnt black pieces. Just Turkey "basl" !

Had a turkey sandwich and it was delicious and was inexpensive and friendly staff

They are sooo good. It takes a little time but the good is worth the wait. We drive 45 mins to come here and we are never disappointed.

I order 4 polishes with fries, it was close to 9:00 pm, we were starving playing tabu with the family. When we got our food, the fries were old and very cold. I decided to give them another try, they refuse to rectify the issue. If I get my food at 10am, or 10pm, it should be fresh. They seem to be okay with this, but my business means something will not go back.

I have had their entire menu over and over because I am big on turkey and I've never been disappointed. The best turkey tips and turkey burger around.

This lasagna is delicious. I give 3 stars because I only seen like 2 pieces of spinach. Overall I love it. It s flavorful and cheesy.

The Jerk Turkey tips & salad are Amazing! I ate the Jerk Turkey salad for 2 weeks straight!
