Visited during covid times and felt very comfortable with the large open windows and spread-out seating. Service and drinks were excellent. Pork spare ribs, duk boki, and chap chae were very good. We were not impressed by the kimchee chigae - it tasted like a bland tomato based broth without any yuksu or spices. Hope they can improve that one!

We ordered pick up and we really enjoyed everything we got.

Jin Jin is one of our favorite restaurants in Chicago. We ve never had a dish here that wasn t fantastic. Favorites are pajun and the chap chae. Service is great and the atmosphere is so pleasant.

Good food, good service. Mid to high end Korean and pretty quick.

Perfect place for date night. Korean comfort food meets date night restaurant. I ve been to many Korean restaurants in the city and this is my favorite spot. Staff is friendly and helpful, especially if aren t familiar. Banchan portions could be a little bigger, but overall atmosphere and offerings make up for it.

Smaller portions and not as many banchan as in other traditional Korean places and much higher prices. Food is actually pretty good. Decent cocktails. Good service. If you want to eat Korean in a hip environment or really want Korean in Andersonville then this place is great, but you can do much better closer by if you don't care about hip surroundings or cocktails.

So much yes! I haven't had Korean food in a long time. I ordered delivery tonight and the food was delicious! I had the kimchi pancakes, spicy rice cakes, and tofu soup. The portions were extra generous and banchan (small side dishes) were included. I don't remember the last time I had such amazing food delivered. My only regret is not discovering Jin Ju earlier!

Really good and authentic Korean cuisine. They have small plates options so you can pick a variety.

Nice place. The food was really good. The server answered all our questions (we had several haha). I had the Mandoo, Bi Bim Bap (both dishes were really good) other people on the table ordered the Mandoo (fried) and was good as well. Had two different Korean beers, they were "ok" nothing special.

The decoration and style of the restaurant is romantic and kind of intimate but it will work well for a group as well.

It was an absolute joy dining here. The food was absolutely amazing, and the bartender delighted us with his soju concoctions all evening long!

Good food (get the sweet chili wings), tad pricey, good atmosphere, but would recommend!

Very good Korean food and cocktails although when we went last night, the service was slow and food was just ok. Don't know whether they changed hands but when we first dined there several years now, the food was simply amazing. Still a lovely place to have good Korean food maybe it was just last night.
