I was sadly disappointed with their fall festival. It is cute and they have many great things but they are very overpriced. You can easily go to another fall festival in the area with just as much, if not more, activities and half the price. Why in the world would you charge a 1 year old $9 to enter the discovery area/playground and then charge the parent $4.50 just to enter?!

Johnson's is THE place to go for friendly, helpful service, quality baked goods and, in season, great fresh produce. I am loking forward to their farm fresh fruits and vegetables as we go through late spring and summer.

Pretty good place in general. We go there in the fall for pumpkin picking. During the summer they have many activities for kids. Their strawberries are very good and so are their cherries. Prices for pick your own are very reasonable. My only problem is that you have to take a hay ride to go picking so it makes the per lb price higher when you factor the price of the ride.

This place is nice but NOT worth the prices. A barnyard and playground should never cost $9/kid, and adults should be free, not $4.50. It's a playground for goodness sake. We have a family of 5 and have recently had to decline a group trip here for popping corn and sweet potato picking. It's $11 per person and I'm sorry, $55 for some sweet potatoes and popping corn? No. Robbery. There are other great places to go that are less crowded and are much more reasonable.

A great way to spend a weekend with family and friends! Went there to pick sweet and sour cherries, radishes, strawberries (which tasted absolutely heavenly) and sweet peas. Will definitely come back to check out more seasonal veggies.

This was the first year we've gone to this particular orchard. They have a variety of things to do and pick, buy and eat! A little pricey for some and def have to pay to do everything but not anymore than the others . Short and sweet trip. Lots of parking which is q plus, if you've ever been to Linvilla in Media ...parking is a nightmare. The apple donuts come out every 5 to 10 minutes fresh and actually have apple pieces in them, yum!!

I loved that there was such a big selection of pumpkins & gourds. It was great that they were still attached to the vines, it gave the kids and me a true experience on picking our own stuff. Not like other farms where the pumpkins were taken off the vines & just thrown around in the patch. I would definitely return!

I ve gone here for years and always love it for seasonal activities. A little pricey but worth it for the experience. Came here for pumpkin picking during COVID and felt very safe. They spray down each wagon after each trip and make sure to separate everyone riding. Make sure to make a reservation in advance because it books up quickly!

Very organized for social distancing... didn't have to wait on any line extremely long and it was busy! Delicious food and fun atmosphere! Great place any time of the year but especially in the fall!

My wife and I went here on Sunday to take pictures of sunflowers, check out what they had, and maybe have an apple cider donut (or three!)

Best:
These were, by far, the best bathrooms I've ever seen at an outdoor location. The bathrooms were shockingly immaculate. Super impressed, right off the bat.

I was hungry, so I got a burger. The best part of the burger was the fixins bar they set up - giant tomato slices, giant lettuce leaves (especially if you wanted to wrap your burger in lettuce and ditch the bun), plus raw onions and pickles. The fixins bar was well worth the price of the burger.

The sunflower field were excellent - great views, awesome places to walk around, take pictures, and even kiss. We saw tons of families there for portraits, and it's the perfect location for that. There were even water coolers set up so you could get a drink (for free!) while walking around.

The bad (and really I'm reaching here):

If you're really into pictures/portraits with great lighting, I'd go a little later in the year. The place closes up at 5, but the sun was still pretty high in the sky when all the staff was leaving at around 4:30-ish. My wife says the hour before the sun goes down gives the best lighting, but we weren't there for that time, unfortunately.

The apple cider donuts were a tad dry for my liking, but nothing a cup of coffee couldn't help wash down.

Overall: Well worth the trip.

This is the only season pass that I will renew every season because my children love going to the farm. It's a great way to spend the day. There are hayrides that take families out to the fields to pick seasonal fruits and vegetables, a petting zoo with goats, sheep, chickens, cows, a donkey. When the kids have their fill with the animals there is a large playground with a splash pad, sand pit . Race track with go carts. Play huts with the appropriate toys for pretend play. After they have worked up an appetite there are snacks inside that can be eaten at the many picnic tables. The soft serve ice cream is very tasty; it's not too sweet! The 5 layer guacamole dip is addictive with their house baked tortilla chips. I always grab a chicken enchilada dish as well ;)
The only knock on this place is that I wish there were more shaded areas and full grown trees in the play area.

We visited on Saturday around 5pm. We went there for the sunflower field. The wagon drops you off at the field. You can take photos and walk around and then get back on the wagon to go and pick your flowers. 1$ a stem. It was also a fun place for kids. There was a playground and a splashing area and also a barn yard with goats and chickens. The store was pretty nice too. Line for ice cream was not too long but still took for ever as there were only 2 girls working and were really taking their time!

I ve been coming to Johnson s Farm ever since I was a little kid. I ve always admired the laid back atmosphere. Even though it was really busy today the flow of tractors was constant and everyone was nice.

We got two small pumpkins, two gourds, and four apples for $10 so it wasn t bad at all. The baked goods are a bit more expensive but worth it.

I'm going to start this by saying I love Johnson's Farm. I love the picking, the farm, the cleanliness of it. There is always a ton for kids to do there and you can spend the entire day doing all the family stuff! Here's why it gets 3 stars. 2 pecks of apples, 3 medium/large pumpkins and one gourd cost 40.00. 67.00 for a family of 6 to do the hayride, animal farm, and discovery farm. It is beyond crowded on the weekends in the fall. We waited over an hour to get on the hayride out to the apples and pumpkins. Food is way overpriced. 4 bottles of water and 2 juice boxes cost 7.30. There are less crowded farms, admittedly with less activities, but for much less money for fall family fun.

It was supposed to be a good experience, but when we reached we only found there is cherry and strawberries picking. To make the experience even bad, the trees were already invaded by a lot of people and only a few fruits were remaining. It was a hot summer day and we could find only a few of them. The strawberry field was almost rotten.

Took my year old grandson for the hayride that he enjoyed immensely! And the it was reasonably priced but to charge him $9 to get into the playground?!! And to get into see the animals?!! Go for the hayride but skip the rest.

There are many activities for kids and adults. We started with the hayride to go fall apple picking and pumpkin picking. It is a great adventure for the kids. The Apples are delicious and we found the perfect pumpkins. The corn maze is a good size and we found all the hidden tractor check posts. The kids panned for fossils and gems at the mining station. Duck races too. There is a fire pit and barnyard play area. Rock climbing, pedal cars, sandpit with toys. Holiday gift store outside too. Ended with Great pull pork sandwiches and live singers entertaining while we ate. Christmas time is another great time to visit. Light show hayrides and horse pulled wagons. Christmas trees are for sale. The store has fresh pies food and coffee. A wonderful place to visit for the entire family!

They're a little pricey but given their location it's understandable. Their pies are really good, the apple cider donuts are awesome (get them while they're still warm), and I love their apple cider slushies. The beginning of October through Christmas is the best time to go. They do an amazing job of decorating for Christmas.

Great little farm. We love to bring the kids here as they have many photo taking opportunities. We get our pumpkins from here as well. Whenever fall rolls around, this is our go to place as I drive by it almost every day for work. Would recommend.

Attended a birthday party on a cold day. They had the party inside which was great. Then hayride to get corn and potatoes, animals and playground were also included. 3 hours went by fast and the kids had a great time despite the cold weather. We take our kids her often, usually hayrides. It is a bit pricey to pay for the playground and animals for a family of four or more so we usually don't do it. When it comes to food, so far we had apple and walnut pie and they were really good.

Had a wonderful time with my daughter and grandsons. So many things to do, from playing in the park area, feeding the animals, taking the tractor to go pick apples and pumpkin and the amazing friendliness of the staff. Afterwards we stopped in the store and purchased some warm apple cider donuts and other goodies. Last was a stop for ice cream and I decided to have the apple cider slush and so thankful I did, it was delicious and my grandsons thought so also. I was so happy that my niece recommended this place. I haven't been here since my own boys were in kindergarten they are in their late 20s
