Poor service and boring food. And instead of adding points to my account, all the points I had deleted. Not because I used them for at restaurant they could not see my account in their system and would not accept what I showed them from my phone app. And when I came from there my existing points were suddenly gone.

Food was kinda dry. I wasn't seated before more than ten minutes. After getting a seat the service was much better.

So nice service 1. Steak was not quite hot. But with smile and excuse, there was a nice hot steak without any problems, thanks for the super service to the friendly young girls

Bag food that is being poured or driven through a conveyor belt. Finished with jensens.

As always, a good experience to be at Jensen's steakhouse, lunch steak with extra sauce and potatoes and a good beer, well then street food can pack together.
Here you also enjoy good service.

Two first servings of ribs was perfectly cooked. Meat fell of the bone. Third serving was sadly stuck to the bone, probably rushed a bit. Still, go there, much better service than in Copenhagen Jensen's.

The food is ok, the service is so poor that it is not a place we come back to.

Super poorly decorated restaurant. one has to go in the way of the staff who are pouring soda up to get to the seats. We were a bigger company and got food offset by each other. one had ordered all you can eat spareribs and had to wait + 10min for filling. however nice toilets

Was visiting yesterday. It was actually a positive surprise, having not been to this restaurant for a couple of years. The reason it was a positive surprise is because the quality was previously too down and that is why we stopped coming there, but yesterday was the experience that the food had received a boost compared to the expected :-). Everyone who was with my company was well pleased with the quality of the food, so we would like to come again.

Good food. Mediocre service. Snacks at the same time as the main course. Unexplained that there was opportunity for a study discount.

Got the most delicious steak that melted on the tongue. The service was perfect

good place, it's a nice staff who corrects their mistakes. Me and my uncle got our steaks replaced by mistake and his sincere steak was too thorough. We got both steaks for free! In addition they have refill for 15 kr. of soda and beer, which is good if you are very thirsty and have ordered a large soda. But yes it's not a gourmet restaurant, but they now provide a very good service and a food that saturates and tastes fine.

Their steak is very fine. Oh, and the house beer is excellent.

The restaurant from the inside is interesting. Gives you the idea of an old diner.
The food is good and for the level of Denmark it is cheap. It's not special, but if you want a chop then it's the right place. It would be nice to have pork chops.
There are good and reasonably priced beers.
One less star for service. The waitresses were polite but couldn't afford the amount of tables.

Should have a steak with among other things peas. At the time of serving, we were informed that they had left for peas.
One should have informed something before so that one could possibly have changed his mind.
Otherwise no comments on anything else.

Jensen's Steak House has been through so much, so I hoped that they had tightened up to become one of the Danes' favorite eateries again.
Tonight I was served all you can eat ribs, and it was the coolest and coldest I've had. And there was hardly any marinade on.
When the concept is eat all you can, but it's so bad that no one takes twice, you only get one star.

It was alright, however, again "sold out" of desserts pretty well, now when the staff asks if we want desserts and they do not have what we order
