The breakfast spread is pretty amazing , somethings that can be improved would be adding more cereals and pancakes to the breakfast apart from that the service is amazing and the staff is very cooperative

Awesome place, very neat and lovely, their new Chinese restaurant Ming Dynasty is excellent, taste is good, interiors are very top notch, their gardens are very well maintained mostly used for weddings, good place for meeting with friends and family. Very courteous management.

Its not worth to pay so high, Now its 5 : 00 am First i have asked to correct AC problem from long time that its not working on 4:30 am but still problem was not corrected and asked to change room yesterday 10:20 pm cause Beds are so Small, but not given solution to me bya any one, Because of this all reasons full nights i was unable to sleep its not at all worth to pay so high and stay in this type of poor equipped room with very poor services.

Best place in Bhopal for stay as well as food... Lakeview location adds value to it.

Property is old and the rooms are old. But it worth a experience to stay at this property atleast once. The breakfast menu / options can be further improved.

This is a heritage hotel and the royal club rooms are superb with a fantastic view. The staff is highly courteous , the food is extraordinarily sumptuous and the place is beautifully maintained.

What a beautiful hotel. It is a heritage hotel, lots of old things were show cased here from vintage car to baggi. Rooms are species and beautiful. The surroundings of the hotel are very beautiful. Food was very delicious and taste. Big parking slot and helping staff.

It's a good and clean hotel in Bhopal, with good architecture and panorama, with very good service too.

The Heritage Hotel, built on Vip Road, located in old Bhopal, is not as effective as its name. There is a small swimming pool in the hotel. The hotel's capacity is not very high. Paraya is here but there are parties going for wedding parties, though cleanliness in the hotel There is a proper arrangement but this hotel is still required to work on the West Management. The road to the road leading to the hotel is on its way. The bar is dangerous, the interior of the hotel is very good and it is advisable to have a conference etc.

Nice property. Of late there is a deterioration in the dining. The rooms are well appointed with wonderful views. Staff is courteous. There is a poor upkeep of the property overall.

Hotel staff offered me that if you give five star review, we will give you free coffee and food items.
But I felt very strange why these people are giving me such offers... I still don't understand why the staff offered me this.
If the hotel is doing all this to improve its review, then it is a very wrong practice.

We r hear to celebrate my husband B-Day n I truly say about the taste of food is blow average as pr the rates the food is not good enough me n my family gets very disappointed but yes the property is well maintained n it's very beautiful as a old palace turn into a hotel but food taste is not up to the mark.
