ITC Park Sheraton Chennai Review

It has nice hospitality and Service.You can feel special of you go to the this place.Looks like a Royal palace inside and outside also.Very convenient place to go,delicious food is served here.Vehicle parking is free inside.They have guides on the way to help you reach the place you want by telling the gate number.Really liked it.

Amazing experience but only if the window view was more bigger

This is a huge and classic property -- first class. I did not stay at the hotel, but did have lunch at the Peshawri restaurant in the hotel. The food there is excellent. A wide variety of dishes, all very tasty. The service decent, if a bit slow at times.

It is a luxurious place....Don't miss the lobby area!

The food is absolutely divine. They have catered for our special meals without onion and garlic. Chefs Rajesh, Prakash and Abhishek are just awesome. They have made our trip so memorable with the yummy food and special requests from time to time. Thank you so much for your excellent service.

Love this hotel! Bell boy the name of santhosh was very helpful and courteous. I love their handmade chocolates at their boutique. AVartana and royal vega has really good food. I highly recommend this place!

Had a wonderful stay at this luxurious property. The interiors, rooms, pool, gym and restaurant are all excellent and well maintained. Rooms have upscale amenities and very spacious. Staff is very helpful and courteous. Breakfast at Pavilion is very elaborate. WiFi covers all areas. A very good spa is at property. Stay here is complete package.

Went to the Cafe Mercara Express. A luxury cafe with an international menu. Loved the quiet and the calm.Loved the courteous service and loved the milk shake. It is open 24 hours. It would be a great choice for your craving for midnight coffee. The cafe is inside ITC Grand Chola hotel. The architecture of the Five Star hotel resembles constructions from ages of ancient Chola kingdoms. Huge mansion with vast campus. However, you will have to pay top dollar for such top stuff!

Excellent is the word ... went to Avartana for my anniversary dinner and was completely overwhelmed by their staff , food & service. Special thanks to Sameema who was on her feet all the time. Loved the presentation of each dish. So meticulously thought and executed. Chefs Ajit Bangera and Nikhil were courteous enough to check if everything tasted good. Overall, A memorable experience

Nice appropriate venue for any national/ international conference

Arguably the biggest hotel in Chennai. So Majestic that it is the closest you can get to live in a palace in this part of India.

Space first. Lots of it here. No feeling of suffocation anywhere. Even when all halls are filled with celebrating crowds. Chairs, though, remind you of cattle class cramps. Food is excellent. A magnificent landmark for the city's hospitality.

I loved the whole experience. Everything in was a class apart. The finest display and sophisticated ambience. Food and beverages were very tasty. Good display of art. Good customer service (polite, courteous and ready to help). I give it a thumbs for buffet and A-la-carte.

The only 5 star hotel which serves the best food. What a variety and it tastes good too. The porch concept is too good. It looks like historic monument. I love this place...
