I had the pleasure of speaking with Justin Tisdale this morning in review to my insurance policy. Justin was nothing but professional, knowledgeable and also very informative on my personal insurance policy and even took time to recommend other options to help me save in the future. Overall he made this task which can be quite confusing at times extremely simple and efficient for me and I would recommend anyone looking for an experienced and knowledgeable Customer Service rep to ask for him personally.

Isure has helped me out when I really needed it! I've been working with Gavin Yeh for years now, and he has been helpful each time I've needed to renew policies or re apply for a new car. Very easy to get everything done fast and remotely so you don't need to spend weeks figuring it out, Gavin does it for you! Would always recommend, and plan on using isure for all my insurance going forward.

If I could I would give them 0. We went to thair location to get insurance and were told that they are busy what was ok. They wouldn't book appointments for next day but told us that they will call us to book it. There were no calls from them at all.

Don`t bother with this place. You fill out the quote online and get a low price, then they call you and transfer you to a `licensed insurance broker`` he confirms the details to give you the lowest possible price and wait for it ..... the price is now hundreds more than the online quote!

I ll be honest. Dealing with isure was an absolute pain 3 months ago. Got the wrong information, had to resend emails, got transferred to multiple people which led for my information to be lost.
However, I now deal with Anthony De Luca. He has fixed all of my issues and worries with a simple 15 minute conversation at most. I cannot explain how well he is at his job. If I were to write a review 3 months ago I d give isure a 1 star, and now I m giving it a 5 star.

Extremely fast one day service to create a new account from start to finish, ending with new insurance slips within hours, and I live almost 2 hours away, not need to go sign papers. Our rep looked up and informed of us of other company's quotes, options available with in our new policy, and terms of the agreement. It was way easier, and way faster then I thought it would be. I was very lucky to find their website and move our automobile policies over.

Got advice saying my policy was auto renewed from Joshua and that If I was to cancel I would incur a short rate canelation fee as the policy was active and I just needed to pay the premium, but the policy is active.. I get a call the next day from some guy at Isure saying he was a licensed broker and that i was was not insured and the policy had lapsed.. Don t use Belpac Brokers they have no idea what they are talking about and Dario Battista is as good as his staff.. One star! FICO complaint filed!

Justin was very helpful in getting things sorted out for us at the very last minute. We were picking up our car next day and the insurance was not sorted out. Justin took all the information and an hour later I had an email with my insurance slips. In that hour he contacted the dealership for the vehicle info, searched for the best deals, confirmed the quote with me for a go ahead and emailed both the dealership and myself. Ive had a great experience with isure. This is my 3rd time setting up a policy with them. I worked with Philip Su, and he was able to find me a new provider saving me about $2,000 a year. They do all the shopping around, paperwork, and set everything up including payments, it is very convenient. I always recommend them when someone mentions needing insurance.
