I had a rear rocker leak on my 2014 Street Glide. Justin was able to get some new black parts I wanted on and fix the rocker in a timely fashion. Thank you Iron Valley Service and Parts Team for getting me in and out quickly.

By far the worst experience I've had at an HD dealership. I was interested in purchasing a second bike to accompany my current bike which is a 2016 street glide special and I was told by the sales manager that he would not put me on a test ride because he felt that I would not "pull the trigger on the purchase that day" save your time don't give this dealership your business

bunch of crooks. they will take advantage of anybody they can.... I bought a 08 ultra classic from there 15 k didnt put 500 miles damn thing still dont run I got a big paper weight in my garage they lie about the maintenance they say they did before you buy it. they are very shady....... dont buy from them! if your smart you would find another dealer

Excellent communication, with a very smooth transaction. Everything was ready when we got there, and Mike was very knowledgeable about the bikes. When I came back to take delivery, the paperwork was ready and we were in and out in no time flat. This was my second purchase from Iron Valley, and I hope to have another opportunity in the future. Highly recommend even though I have another dealer within ten minutes from my house, I ll continue to drive the extra miles because you guys always go the extra mile on customer service!

I was in an accident with my new to me Fatbob and being my first accident on a bike. I choose to go with Iron Valley to rebuild it. The service manager JJ had the bike picked up and spent several hours with me answering all my annoying questions with patience. I'm extremely anal and he expected my expectations and then some. Very professional and the bike is better than the day I got it. Unbelievable experience with Iron Valley and their staff. They earned my business for a lifetime.

I'm sorry I don't know the guys names in parts, but I asked about the options for radio either on my bike or in my helmet. Within minutes there were actually 4 guys showing me options and explaining the pros and cons of each. And telling their experiences with different systems. I was amazed at the time they put into explaining it to me. Thanks guys!

I will definitely be going to some of the up coming events. The staff here are wonderful to deal with. if they dont have what I'm looking for they always figure out a way to get it or find a substitute for it.

A nice smaller Harley dealership. Easily accessible from the PA Turnpike, 72, and 322. A nice selection of bikes on the first level. Well priced from what I could tell. The walls of parts seem bigger than in other dealerships. The upstairs is the clothes and gifts sections. Regular Harley prices and well stocked. Both employees I interacted with were very kind. The only suggestion I have for them is to open earlier on the days of the biker breakfast in Lawn. Several of us stopped by but we're too early and some left because of that.

Nice store but they're limited in their size ranges for plus size people. That was a little disappointing.

Stopped here while camping up the road. Very clean store and knowledgable staff. Couldn't take a Motorcycle home in the camper LOL, but staff didn't seem to mind I was just looking. Bought a shirt upstairs and they had a great selection of gear.

They had the shirt I was looking for. Would have been 5 stars but my credit card shows 2 charges for the same shirt. Not sure why. Hopefully something with the card processor and not HD. Otherwise will be contacting the dealership.

Salespeople were awesome dealt with Mike on the phone and John the sales manager in person couldn't have been nicer to me also Chris the financial guy was a big help with all the paperwork. They have great prices and are willing to deal with customers unlike some of the other Harley dealers would recommend Iron valley to anyone
