We are on your twice-per-year weed control plan. However, because of an exceptional amount of rain recently, plus the warm weather, weeds have really popped up on our Osborn Road property these past few weeks. Because we are more than a month away from our next scheduled treatment, I sent an email to April requesting a re-application to get rid of these new weeds. Robert came by two days ago, thanked me for calling, and explained what he was going to do. Upon completion, Robert said the weeds should begin turning brown within a week. Now, just two days later, most of the weeds are already brown and dying! Thank you, Invader, for your outstanding service!!

John is friendly, prompt and professional. I highly recommend Invader.

Invader Pest Management was extremely helpful. We ve recently gotten a rat problem and it was right in time for the holidays. They were so nice and helped us come up with the most affordable plan. Even walking us through how to do a lot of it ourselves if we wanted. Both technicians that came were very knowledgeable and friendly. Our dog loved them so that s always a good sign.
We will definitely be using them again if we need them! And 10/10 would recommend to others.

Invader is by far the best pest control company I have had the pleasure of using. They aren't a spray and leave company. They take care of any issue I have fast and professionally. All of the technicians I have met are very knowledgeable, ask about and listen to any issues I may be having, no matter how small, and they take care of it right away. I'd recommend Invader over any other pest control company.

After paying a $179 for an inspection and rejecting a proposed contract in writing and verbally well over a month ago. I was charged today for $45. I was incensed by this and called them and spoke to someone in the accounting department who admitted it was a mistake and a credit would be forthcoming. I was rewarded for this effort by yet another $45 charge this afternoon.
I already took an expensive haircut on the initial inspection, that s on me - now I m being charged for service I did not ask for and they managed to charge me yet again.

Needed piece of mind after coming in contact with bed bugs...John was early, thorough with his inspection, and answered all my questions and concerns. He made suggestions in places that may pose a problem. Suggested to keep watch on those areas I suspected. He even took time to talk to my neighbor about a bug issue in their home. Totally recommend this company.

John was the sales rep and did the initial investigation. He was very pleasant and knowledgeable. He was very upfront with the quote and showed me all my options. They gave me a very fair price. Will was the tech that did the work. He was great and exceeded my expectations. He completed the work in a way that I would have and I was very impressed with his conscientiousness.

After Burns Pest Control did not show up for a scheduled appointment, we lucked out and found Invader. We have had Invader for close to 1 year and a half and have been very pleased. John Willey was the technician that came out first and he spent time with me on where the "hot spots" are on our large property. He is thorough and explained the policies and procedures that Invader uses. Invader has backed up each and every one of those policies. It is a rare situation when you have great customer service and Katrina or Joey, who actually answers the phone. We have given cards for Invader to our neighbors and will continue to use them.

Our home sits on 1.5acres, and we trust Invader to perform our pre and post weed treatment 3x/year, and they have been faithfully proving the service for 5 years. When spot treatment is needed for the pesky few that pop up from time to time, esp. after Monsoon, Invader is always available to return timely to take care of everything for no additional charge. I am a contractor myself and refer trusted service providers to my customers often, and I'm happy to pass along my great experience with Invader everytime (and their contact info)!
