Friend took me there, it was a fun place to kill a couple of hours.

Very smokey casino. New hotel tower is nice, buffet is just so-so. Machines tend to be tight.

I love this place! I can t say I always win but I seem to do better here than at other places. Also, the free play is higher here than at other casinos. I just really love it here!

I always go to Indigo Sky for the buffet. The Prime Rib night is a must go!!! The chef's are all top notch, the real deal. The food is absolutely amazing!!! I always have good luck on the slots too. The building is clean and the employees are very helpful and friendly. Definitely make this one of your stops!!!

I've won at this one more than the rest. Haven't hit a jackpot or locked up a slot untill they carry out an arm load of dollar bills for me to take home, but I have seen a few other lucky people that knows what that feels like. Honest John.

Shawnee Resturant is very pleasant. The evening staff was Superb!!

Nice looking casino. Lotta food options. Went at night while passing through so not much was open other than the slot floor and 2 tables. Very clean. Would go again.

A great destination for fun and relaxation and some gambling the food was great the employees very friendly we had heck of a good time the extra money didn't hurt ether.

Just booked our 1st reservation there. Rudest employee I have ever encountered booked it. Not even sure I want to keep the reservation if that's their service from the get go.

Absolutely the worst Casino that I have ever been to! Playing Black Jack I had not only 1 but 2 really bad encounters in the same night! Was my first trip to Indigo and was treated like scum! I had 1 dealer start an argument bc I was trying to help a friend that had never played the game before. She had the worst attitude I have ever seen a dealer have before. Then hours later after our table started winning, the pit boss told us we had to settle down and be quiet! Are you serious? It is a Casino! After the pit boss walked off, another dealer from a completely different table started mouthing us and mocking us by laughing and shaking his head trying to antagonize us! We told the pit boss and he did absolutely nothing about it! Worst Gambling experience I have ever had! I wish I would have never tried Indigo! The Hotel was nice, and had great Customer Service, but PLEASE don't attempt to gamble at Indigo!

The hotel rooms are very nice. The pool is great. Love the food. The pay outs are okay, not great...

RV facility:
First thing we did was dump the black tank. You have to back in to the dump area, it s narrow and there needs to be more asphalt for a long coach to get close to the septic drain. There s a big metal cap on the drain and it s oriented in the wrong direction. Had to position the dump hose in a 90* angle. Not optimal for dumping the crapper.
That s my rant for the day.
Otherwise it seems like s nice peaceful location if you re late arriving the premium spots will likely be taken.

Customer service is great! A big casino with warm and friendly staff. Lots of payouts with a large variety of games. Careful after last call as that's when the undesirables start showing their backsides! The walking dead if you catch my drift....

They have a lot of different machines. I do better here than the other casinos. Or maybe I loose slower here. LOL. Clean and modern.

Good food, I had no luck gambling but it's a nice place.

Mostly just Ai computer slots on a main frame and a few blackjack tables nothing special.

Very poor, none of the machines were hitting. They need to open up the machines so people can win. When you do that, you'll a lot more people coming back. Try to be better than all the other casinos. Their machines are also tight.

Great atmosphere, clean and staff friendly. Good live bands on weekends. Lots of different games to choose from.

My wife and I were robbed the first time we tried this casino (robbed by the slot machines) about 6 months ago. We decided to try it again and we got robbed again! Okay, it seems like some of the very high rollers seem to have a lot of money on their machines, but the average person gets abused. BUT, it's a fun atmosphere. We spend a lot, but get very little if nothing in return though.

This place is a bit small. Very well kept and they are adding on an entire new wing for lodging.

Clean lots of games and have hotel and restaurants.

Water is horrible, smells bad and taste the same, and don't expect them to be fair on there payouts ,they need to be investigated by the gaming commission.

This beautiful place kept me happy and had a wonderful staff!! As well as a a fire and a fire bar!!

I am 24 years old and I have been going to casinos since I turned 21! The bar staff were rude, disrespecful, and the drinks were awful. DRIVE to Joplin! Horrible experience!

Great place with nice slots and personnel. However, the payout and bonuses were not worth the 2 hour drive.

The casino is very clean and a lot of the machines would give out quite well
