What can I say great place staff awsum machines are more loose than the run you must try this place

The atmosphere does not match what I find at Downstream Casino.

Actually pretty nice. Set up like most larger casinos, slots pay out like most. I enjoyed it. Did not try the food.

Was good but goodness those machine never gives back especially after playing a long time u would expect atleast a free game

Indigo Sky has always been on our casino circuit until last weekend 2/15/2020 to be exact. Myself and 2 others were here gambling having fun until we noticed one of us had a pocketbook missing. Now we are not sure whether it was taken from her purse or she accidentally dropped it but after searching for a few minutes a woman brought it to us and said "is this what you are looking for?" the person in our party replied "oh yes thank you here let me give you $20 for returning it" and upon opening it all her cash was stolen from it. She lost $80+ to a theft. This person in my party was an older woman and was thankful for getting all her cards and ID back. We reported this to security and they took a statement but, they didn't really seem interested in helping us find the person whom stole her money. They said they would contact us and today we had to contact them to see if they found anything. Our biggest thing was they have a customer stealing from elderly people on their premises and they are letting it happen. I would bet Elderly people make up more than half of their clientele. We will not be returning to this establishment since we feel like we are not valued patrons and nothing was done to help out the person in our party in any way.

The casino was very nice. They have a large gaming floor with card tables and electronic machines. The bar area was very nice with a live band. The bingo area was nice, spacious, with clear line of sight to the TV screens so you could see the numbers being called. The food in the bingo area wasn't fantastic, but it was a typical casino grill not a restaurant so I wasn't expecting fine dining.

Don't wear heals here, the lobby floor of the hotel is uneven. It is really nice rooms, great food, and pool and hot tub look great. This is from a sixth floor room view of pool area.

Clean and fun. The staff was very helpful and kind.

We have been to this casino 3 times and all 3 times we have walked out winners. Much better than Downstream! $1,603.80 today!

Good place to have some fun, eat, relax, drink, and listen to music. Multiple dinning options and a couple bars.

First time here and we had a good time. The people were friendly and the food was good. Nice place.

Bingo is cheap to play, the casino is nice, but the people who frequent this casino need to take a bath!

Decent food, kind of tight gameplay, generally speaking. Night crew floor workers can be very rude and disrepectful. Otherwise it would be an enjoyable enough place.

I win then I don't I win then I dont. Vreakning even at this point.

Indigo sky is my favorite casino and they have the best slots and the staff are very friendly and attentive to everyone's needs.it's a great place to have fun!!

A Very Beautiful Establishment, there was NOT TOO MANY People to Make it Uncomfortable, was Definitely Easy to Find a Machine to Sit and Play. The Staff was VERY Friendly and Helpful When NEEDED. As a BONUS..... they Are Actively USING Body Scanners to Monitor Body Temperatures to help Battle COVID-19 and Keep their Guests Safe. Even though I DIDN'T Walk Out a Huge Winner, was still a Good Experience. Not to Mention they Have A HUGE Screen to Watch the Football Games..... Staff was Dressed Appropriately and to Support OUR FOUR STATE FAVORITES..... KANSAS CITY CHIEFS!!!!! I HIGHLY Recommend... Especially if You need to Get Away for a few!

Good place to hide from people cause it's so big. Lots of different games.

Good place.. Slots a little tight. Players Club employee was rude though. Seemed bothered by us and even rolled her eyes. Should remember that customer care is a priority and the reason she gets a paycheck.

This casino is a premier gaming establishment with great staff and food

Poor food choices so called Buffett poor compared to other casinos took the bingo out and put it in the dump boardertown. Put more nonpaying slots where part of bingo was never seen many in there. Never stayed in hotel price is rediculous for the location. Three stars might be a little high.

People were friendly small Casino but had about anything you wanted to do games video games or tables

Terrible. Computers were down the whole time I was there. Machines would not take tickets, only cash. They might or might not print a ticket. If not, had to wait for hand pay. Not even redemption machines worked so everyone had to see cashiers and they only had 2 working.

If you feel like losing a 1,000 dollars this is the place to do it. In and out in 4 hours..

This is a nice larger casino. It is well maintained and has lots of different slot machines and game tables. My only complaint is the payout. I don't expect to get rich, but I need to win enough to keep me interested. I don't generally do that often enough at this casino.

Indigo Sky is our favorite place to gamble, and stay all night. Can't beat it, always feel I have a chance to win!!!

This place was awesome! We went to play bingo. Everyone was so nice and helpful. We had such a great time. What a find!

I used to like it but the atmosphere has changed. They haven't updated interior in 3 years. A new hotel wing is Being built instead. Wai staff, dealers, and floor workers seem to think players are an inconvenience. Don't dare have a good time, and play around. The security chewed on my ass for 5 minutes in front of dealers and other players. Won't be going back any time soon

Poker room gets zero stars. Lucky to get one table open on a Friday night unless there is a special promo. Tables games are good, they need a few more tables. Rooms are nice, I would not pay their asking price though they are overpriced. I have always gotten mine free.

My Wife and I visit this Casino and stay at the Hotel about once a month. The rooms are clean, spacious and very comfortable . The restaurants and the buffet have great food at very fair prices. The Casino is large with a good variety of our favorite slots.The slots pay out fairly well (Last month my Wife hit 3 jackpots for a total of $5700.00) The table games are lots of fun with very friendly Dealers.The house even pays the 50 cent a hand ante. Customer service seems to be a number one priority at this Casino. A very friendly Casino Host (Dustin) approached my Wife and I at our slot machines.He answered any questions we had and even offered use some very generous Comps ( which we took full advantage of). We are far from high rollers,so I was pretty thrilled to be treated with this level of service. For these reasons The Indigo Sky gets 5 stars from us!!!

We drove a couple hundred miles because we were told by a rep that they have roulette. They do NOT have roulette.

Fun to visit if you like gambling. Rooms are awesome and very comfortable.

Been there about 6 times in the last six months and it has really changed in that short amount of time. First off the machines are terrible when it comes to maintenance of machines. During my last visit the front cover of a slot machine opened and fell in my lap while playing. Numerous machines were out of order, buttons were either broken or sticking constantly. While playing a couple of the slots it would stop the reels mid play or would display a message saying it was checking the memory while playing. I also noticed two machines where the reels were shaking very noticeably even though the machines sat idle.

I like playing off hours and there are people just hanging out and not gambling just looking for an easy way to try and take advantage of someone or asking for money and cigarettes.

As far as the hotel room goes it was in decent shape. I found a couple of peanuts on the floor but nothing else.

So in closing I will be looking elsewhere for somewhere else to gamble.

They have good music. But the dance floor stinks needs to be bigger. Since the shut boardertown down.

I all can say is Wow !!!
cool place Rocky and I went in with 60 each and we both played 3 closer to 4 hours of games and then went and ate there at the casino and we both left with 80 each.
