Was a good sized casino. Payouts were decent. Not as smokey as some of the others.

Great food and great service. Casino is clean and I don't come home smelling all smokey. Very nice place.

Amazing customer service with fun and friendly staff

Never. I repeat NEVER stay when your ride leaves. You will be so screwed as an insanely expensive uber ride is your only way out.

The people here are very nice, but Three Sisters resturant keeps changing and not for the better. The hubs and I use to love to go there for a good burger. Not anymore. They changed over to serving Krispy Krunchy Chicken. You can still get a burger, but they have went way downhill since their main focus is on dried out chicken.

Always have fun at Bingo but when going to the bathroom it is very Smokey so I wish they would have better ventilation system to get the smoke out of there

I was a good place to have fun with friends. They have great bands that you can listen to on the weekends. Their big screen TV fills the wall.

Personnel are very professional and personable. Rooms are clean and well decorated. Best place to stay in the area.

Pleasant and personal hotel and casino. Only draw backs are it is in a remote location with the nearest sizable towns about 30 to 40 minutes away. Nearest mid to large city is several hours drive. But if you are there to gamble you will have no reason to leave. The food is tasty and less expensive to other hotel/casinos that includes the upscale dinning.

Nice rooms, excellent customer service, and it doesn't take much to earn rewards at the casino. I've been a few times and have always enjoyed myself.

Casino restaurants is a good place to eat. The primerib night was excellent we tried the seafood buffet last nigjt really disappointing howecer the service was excellent and friendly

They have machines turned off for social distancing but that's only two feet at most and all that does is limlt the number if machines and they already have a low number that I really like and hlf them are turned off......

Best place ever! The food, the atmosphere, the employees...everything! Front desk at the hotel, cristi, is such a wonderful person! AND our hostess, Jennifer is amazing.

My wife and I like to go to Indigo every so often and have been treated well there.
Rooms are nice and kept clean.

Nice place, been to a lot of casinos and the employees need training on customer service. Very bad. I delta with 7 different employees and not professional or the least bit friendly at all. Need better training or get rid of them.we work hard for our money go to spend it there and deserve better service.

I take my mom there every so often to get her casino fix, different from the casinos she lives nearby. We love Shawanoe Restaurant for their buffets. Tonight was the first time I've ever lost while gambling but it wasn't bad. Mom ALWAYS wins here. It really is a great place to stay!

The three sisters restaurant has great Cajun chicken tenders and their Krispy shrimp is great too!! Stayed overnight and had a wonderful time swimming in pool and in the hot tub. Very relaxing!!

We get there on a groupon on Friday night. On Saturday u can't get back into your room. Have to go back downstairs to get another key card. Then the air conditioner is broke. We switched rooms. Didn't get to bed until1 am. The next room is another 75 degrees and they will only refund 1 night stay and they think is is ok. They think this is good customer service. Not. The manager thinks that should be good. I'm not going back to a place that this is ok. It's about customer service. Be ready for no customer service.

Hardly win anything food good when fresh rooms nice people are nice

Love the place but the machines are pretty tight especially quarter machines seems like. Tons of selection of games. Food in the back is decent. I like the chicken!

Very poor customer service at hotel and restaurant will not be staying here ever again it was almost like a bad dream at the truck stop. If that explains it I only gave it 2 stars for the pool was beautiful but the tub had black mold in the tile which we told the staff about and they cleaned it said we should be fine now.

Always clean and plays pretty good. Great buffet different everyday. Prime rib night seems to be the best. We go at least once a week. Done ok so far I am not a high steak gambler just gonfor the entertainment and something to do.

Had the buffet in the sisters restaurant. The protein was fish, from what I'm assuming was yesterday's lunch menu. It was old and smelled bad and no one was eating it. The guy running the kitchen came out and I looked at it and then him, and he said, "yeah, I know, but I don't eat it." Save your money and go in town to Dairy Queen.

Been in one been in all of them know what I mean? You'll know if you like it or not.

So, I drove well over 200 miles 2 different times to come to Indigo Sky. The first time I made an appearance at this casino, the dealers were very rude at the blackjack tables and only seemed to care about their regular customers. I decided to come a second time for hopefully a better experience but only to be let down a second time to having 3 rude dealers this time. Seems like the only time you win at the slots is when you get free play other than that the slots do not hit. Will spend my money elsewhere from now on.

Wife and I love this place. Food is alright and everything else is way better than average. Clean, comfortable, fun and they employ very friendly staff. I highly recommend this casino.
