Place where other IT companies present. Environment is good.

Worst organization with less focus on employees.
The story here is driven by so called people managers so it's a complete destiny game.

The project managers are hand in glove with people manager and hence a difficult place to raise your voice if you wish to.

Difficult for laterals, grouping based on number of years spent in IBM.

The oldies are made people manager and they are obsolete as per the current market..
They won't help you but will question you.

The campus is okayish. There are few amenities available inside like TT table, snooker table. There are 2 pantries for coffee and tea which is a paid service. Cubicles are fine.

Nice work location. However inside work rooms are somewhat cramped. I felt it lacks space. The food court is not too great
