Worked for 6 months in concentrix having good experience manager and HR are very polite they do not force to work there is no work burden on employees as compared to other native companies.

Concentrix is a Multinational Company.this is a BPO type company which provided th customer facility off all the big corporation like that uber ,ola, all banks. The company provided calling emails and chatting facility type to their partner companies.company hiring process is walk in interview u can join this company direct interview but the interview process is very difficult there are many of levels of interview.

Not Good. Long queue. They don't respect the fact that the queue are made of human beings and shoddy floor management

Environment is good but salary is too low as compare to other bpo`s

Shifts are very long. You Have to work for technical provess for 10 hours 20 minutes which is too much. They don't tell you this at the time of joining.

Company Need to manage HR Management They Just don't care About their candidates specifically who gave Interview. They just need to learn How to Handle and take care of Every one who come to them because Everyone's time is important.

If you are defaulter than this orginisation is best for you not good for hard worker
