I heard a lot about HSBC from long but had not got an opportunity to be a part of it..but after joining I really fealt that it is having the worst management ever saw in my life..Worst place to work..!

Been there for an interview, nice experience, welcoming ambiance.

Don't just get by the big name and run after the perks even certain startups offer that level as well. Zero work life balance your stress level will go double in a few months . Sometimes day shift sometimes night your biological system will weaken.

Pathetic behaviour of the coordinator.I was there for an interview on 11/2/2020 as I cleared my first round in the consultancy itself and I was asked to meet Nikila for further two rounds and I was informed to be there by 12. I reached the destination(HSBC DPU) by 11.14 am.I was informed to sit in the reception.After 45 minutes a lady called me at the reception and told me to attend all the rounds right from the beginning.I told them that I cleared my first round with an ops manager in the consultancy itself and I have been informed to attend further two rounds with the manager.They said it was only a screening round.I told them I will call the consultancy people to double check.
Cosultancy person instructed me to attend all the rounds as adviced by that coordinator of HSBC and I agreed for the same as I was not aware of the procedure and I informed the same thing to that lady Nikila(I got to know her name from the receptionist) and I was given a form to fill it up and to wait there.After 15 minutes the consultancy person told me that the HR has asked them to inform me to leave the premises without attending any further interviews as I was rude to the so called HR Nikila.I was shell shocked first of all I didn't know who was that HR Nikila as she didn't introduce herself as it was my first interview with the HSBC.Now I am wondering since when asking questions and seeking clarification became a rude behaviour and the feedback was if I am rude to them then I would obviously be rude with the HSBC customers.Cmon man 11 years of experience and I don't know the basic procedures.They could have asked me to leave if their intention was not to hire me.I am wondering if I was there for an interview or I asked that Nikila for a personal loan.I left that place and asked at the reception where I can put across my grievances and they said they don't know.One suggestion please teach those coordinators to be more generous which they lack.People come for interview not for any other entertainment.I wasted my money and my precious time.Thank you HSBC I believe my gender made a huge difference.

This corporate office situated on the side of the Bannerghatta main road. A close proximity to Pandurang nagar and Vijaya Bank colony. Due to Metro rail project there is lot of inconvenience to staff and customers. Yet the ambience and infrastructure are very good.

If money does not hold any importance to you in your life than indeed its the best place to work ;)

Waiting time of interviewees is way too much .almost close to 4-5 hours. Please inform in advance and aspirants need to come prepared.

It's almost been a year working in HSBC....Trust me...It's the best place to work in...Managers...Peers...Colleagues...Juniors...Everyone is helpful and friendly...I really like the positive vibe in this organisation...Love to work here...
