business lunch: they threw 2 glasses of beer on me, terrible service, I had to ask for help, they did not look for solutions immediately ... No kind of thanks for such a spoil of situation and my image. I will never go back

The hotel management refused to cancel the reservation (the travel was impossible due to COVID-19). For sure I will NEVER AGAIN book anything in that hotel or in any other hotel in that group. Absolutely disgusting behavior, they just kept more than 800 Euro for NO SERVICE AT ALL.

Hotel very comfortable, good service and functional

Although, outside the city centre but if you are visiting expositions or participating in a convention then this is right of hotel for because of its proximity to these centers.

Magnificent hotel without a doubt. Very good location next to the Fira, shopping centers, etc. To put a stick, the price of parking and the closet of the room. Restaurant, room in general, reception, excellent etc and a magnificent reception.

Very bad service for the hotel category, wait to register, wait to pick up the luggage, wait to get a coffee, wait for dinner.
You should have more attention and take more care of the guests.

The hotel is very modern and comfortable but the signage for the parking access is very confusing, I've been wrong the two times I've been.

The service at the hotel sets a great standard. The dinner selection at the restaurant is enough to satisfy refined paletes. Enough elevators to make the wait go by quickly. A bit far from city center but luckily there are 2 metro stations nearby. The rooms are standard sized and very modern.

Great hotel !!! Lovely breakfast! Family room is big! Metro nearby, 2 minutes. Metro line El Pratovskaya! Near a shopping center with a supermarket. Awesome view, because in Barcelona there are few high-rises! Honorable 4 * !!! Recommend!

Great hotel, right on the fair and the consumption temple Grand Via 2. During construction and dismantling times quite affordable and with a breakfast buffet to reinlegen.

It is a hotel with a privileged location if one attends the Fira (it is across the street). For the rest, the hotel has an excellent breakfast, the decoration is not pretty and does not have closed closets. It is very close to the subway and train station "Europa Fira" from where you can get to any side of the city in 15/20 minutes. It is a good option for a work trip

Very nice, very cozy, it eats great and there are no noises. Subway station and bus stop just 2 minutes. You can also park easily in the area if you come by car. It is very well located, being in the outskirts but close to the center.

Hotel of spectacular architecture. Located in front of the Fira de Barcelona, it is part of the SkyLine at the entrance and exit of Barcelona-Hospitalet.
It does not leave indifferent who contemplates it.

I needed to cancel my reservation because I requested a twin room during a business trip and they told me that they can t guarantee and it s subject to availability. Seriously???
You expect me to believe that you don't know how many twin rooms you have?!? And that you cannot assign one to me? this really shouldn't be a problem in 4*hotel. Ridicules.

The location was convenient for the First and to get to the airport. The sheets were a bit rough, and the shower was excellent. D challenges with the TV, which wouldn't turn off.

We have been robbed inside the same hotel. They do not allow us to watch camera recordings and do not call the police. A disaster. The lousy security. And the treatment even worse. This is inconceivable.

Hotel Porta Fira is located in a quiet area with easy access. The facilities are quite complete and the service is fast and they are quite friendly and of good treatment. The cleaning issue is pretty good. Highly recommended
