The residence is fine, rooms clean and comfortable, with air conditioning. The buffet breakfast is somewhat lax
Please increase the variety at breakfast !! It's always the same egg with sausage! Put different stews, hot cakes or French breads. An apology but I do not find that breakfast.
It is an unbeatable place to go to study. Very welcoming and the staff always willing to help. You have everything you need, the spacious rooms with their own bathroom and buffet with a variety of food.

Ideal student residence to stay and share with them. Justify your accommodation to have an appointment at the Hospital. Clean spacious accommodation correct and breakfast varied. There is no restaurant, so eat out or there is outside food delivery service, pizzas ....
My room smelled like tobacco and the staff did nothing to fix it. The breakfasts are not great.

The residence itself is quite nice! It's very clean and simple and the rooms are ok, however they are very simple rooms, with no fridge or other equiptment. There is a cafeteria on site where the food is really good but this is the only option for food because the residence is very far from the centre! The metro takes 20 minutes and there's a 10 minute uphill walk to the residence. Surrounding the residence there are very few facilities, 1 cafe, 1 bar,a supermarket and a few other shops.
The Internet is not going well. The place is in poor condition when it rains the water enters the corridors and sometimes the food is not very good, mainly on Sundays.
The wifi internet is a mockery, always slow, sometimes there is no signal.

Near the university, public parking, garden and restaurant.
Spacious room however they are not very clean, for breakfast you have to go early in the morning otherwise there is not much for lunch. Positive metro is a 5 min walk from the hotel. I am not very satisfied with this hotel I do not recommend it.
The food of the residence is NEFASTA. The meat is raw, the breakfast is always the same, sometimes I find hairs, there is always the same! rice, pasta and little else ... Sometimes in the rice I find macaroni and that for a celiac person can not be any good. There are host families that take food by hand and that is not hygienic at all! I can not study, at night there is always noise and during the day also, the rooms 0 soundproofed, the corridors always smell like marijuana, very rude guys who think themselves masters of the residence, nefarious cleaning service (they only do the bed well ). The worst residence ... VERY expensive for what it really is. They paint it very well but in reality it is the opposite. It's a shame because the facilities are fine and the area too. But you have a lot to improve. And apply NORMS already.

Very quiet location with spacious gardens. The service is correct
After living for three months in this residence I had to leave because I could not take it anymore. During my stay I had two companions who both arrived late at night (4 or 5 AM) and did not keep any kind of cleaning. Always with bad smells. They also stored breakfast food (it is not supposed to be taken out) for several days.
On the other hand the food is ominous. They advertise healthy food and a free buffet, when most days pasta, rice or fried foods are offered. In general, one day's food is reused for the next. It is quite unpleasant to realize that the panini that you are eating contains the hard sausage that has been left over in the desatuno. And you can taste fried hard bacon three days before. As for the fruit and the vegetable, it is always pocha or about to decompose.
The cleanliness of the rooms is far from what you can find in a hotel. Since the room when I arrived I had grease stains on the wall. In the shower it is common to find beetles or other bugs.
The rules of the residence shine by their absence. Almost every day there are people shouting in the corridors from 12 o'clock at night. As for the 3rd floor they are what the directors of the residence call like old dogs. They are older kids who are making a fuss all day. They also deliberately shout to annoy the rest of the residents with ironic shouts like "BUT YOU CAN LET ME SLEEP" or "IT'S NOT HOURS". Other times imitating the fire alarm with the voice.
Other rules such as the possession of narcotic substances or alcohol are also not respected. I have come up with guys who had a joint held in the ear or with large bottles. So the parties that are mounted at night are epic.
There are spaces like the study hall or the auditorium that can not be used some days because the residence rents them to non-residents. And therefore you should go to study outside the residence or to your room.

Whoever complained here is a bit wired in the Kopf.Wo you get in any big city an accommodation for this price, with super nice staff and large breakfast? Even if some corners look a bit older you have the opportunity to do his laundry, common areas with table tennis and billiards and is within 20 minutes in the city.
I found it great and am really sad that no tourists are allowed to stay there anymore.
Ok, the foods not to bad but there is not a lot of variation. The games do not work (table football etc). The cinema area is nice but nothing special. The rooms are quite small and cramped. Overall very mediocre.
Expensive to be a residence, true that it has good food, but very little control
University residence suitable for students who wish to travel or stay a few months on Erasmus. Perfect meeting place for kids.

Basic rooms that are functional and clean but not luxurious and have no amenities such as refrigerator, tea/ coffee etc. No bar. Rooms are only cleaned once per week. Not much soap/ shampoo and the shower tended to leak over the floor everytime. Staff are helpful. Breakfast is good. Is on the outskirts of the city but close to bus and metro stations. Quiet at night.
