Food Is OK , ambient is very good , service is also nice

Ambiance is good but lacks in the sole foundation of a good hotel. i.e Food. Food tastes like reheated frozen food.

Brilliant place with a royal touch. Courteous staff and ready to assist you 24x7. We got room service done at 2 am in the night after returning from a function.

Service is very good , view from ruoofh 180 was excellent, food is authentic.

The food is awesome, a bit less spicy as they cook as per standards which people are not used to, still overall the service bis excellent

For a reunion,meet up friends from different direction or for business trip stay this place is situated right in heart of the city.Tuli Imperial is big name in Hotel chains in Nagpur and truly maintain its reputation by offering great service..We went to Majestic Masala on first floor for a get together..The tables and cutleries gives you a Royal feel .Everything we have ordered was too delicious.Special mention is for Daal Makhni..definitely worth a try for its delicious taste. You can enjoy live light unplugged music at this place..We enjoyed songs like Lag ja gale played on voilin by a young hearted old person .It has spacious ,hygiene maintained rooms. They have banquet halls for private parties and other ocassion too.

Good place for family function and corporate meetings

Excellent hotel interiors and excellent food and banquet facilities.

The rooms were clean and the service was prompt. The venue hall was spacious for our 250+ people event. It was well ventilated. The food was a little above average. They can improve on their food front.

I was surprised with the beauty of the hotel and cuisine they presented at city of Nagpur. Place to visit as and when you get chance.

but as far as Nagpur civilian specially for sawoji fans; taste was not too good.

The food served here has a lot of variety but of lesser taste. I have a mixed experience The food quality served in restaurant above the Banquet is good but they should at least improve the taste in the Banquet Hall too. Even the food items like Paneer used was very hard and the soup felt like hot water. Sweet dishes were optimum. The presentation is good with old antique lightings and pillars.

Great architecture, has a royal touch to everything you see in here. Located next to hotel Centre Point.

This hotel has a beautiful grand entrance and the potential to look like a 4 star hotel but at the moment it lacks what is needed to even be considered a 3 star. The management is rude and unaccommodating. All of the food made me ill and I suffered from diarrhoea. This did not happen in my previous stay in India at which time I even ate sugar cane and fruit from the street. There were huge mixups with the billing and a difficulty communicating with staff. My laundry took nearly 3 days to return after repeated calls. There were roaches in the bathroom (on 2 occasions) I would NOT recommend this hotel for any people traveling from Europe or the Americas.

Nice ambience, staff and maintained property. Food quality is Ok.

It is situated in Ramdaspeth main road towards Lokmat building.

Prima facie the hotel looks above average but overall it's only average.
1. Room service/conceirge is hopelessly bad.
2. Temperature control in most of the rooms is NOT working.
