I deeply in love with their beach view and that was my fav first sight!
When you arrive at their lobby, the security will help you carry your luggage to your room (after you check in).

they have beautiful mini garden beside their swimming pool.
The gate as the access to the beach will open at 6.30am.. And you can walking or jogging around outside because there's a long path jogging track also just sit and enjoy the view.

There are stairs down to reach the beach and i think you're allowed to swim, unfortunately the beach is undergoing tide when i was there.

The view directly leads to the Timor sea, the beach is beautiful, has a swimming pool, there is a jogging street on the edge of the beach, it is quiet, the rooms are neat and clean, the service is great. Recommended

Located right on the beach, has a swimming pool, a neat and quite spacious garden, behind which there is a jogging track and direct access to the beach, the rooms are comfortable and clean, there is a seafood restaurant and nearby Padang cuisine + grilled fish center.

Hotel is quite good. Just ordinary food. Order fried noodles takes 1 hour hehe.

I'm disappointed, when I don't have people in the lounge for us to order food and I go straight to the restaurant it turns out they are all engrossed in sitting (getting annoyed) are we just waiting for friends who are guests to be the rooms we are not served. the order is very long ... don't recommend to hangout

I am very happy to visit this hotel, even though I have never actually stayed at this hotel. I visited to meet my relations, sometimes just accompanying them while staying at the hotel. Reception staff are beautiful and handsome and polite, kind. & always smile.

every time I call the 2 phone numbers that were given (miss & piter) it is never answered. honestly I don't use WhatsApp so I can't contact via WA. I want to ask about meeting and gathering packages for the company where I work.

Overpriced hotel. At first entering the lobby, it feels dark, not as expensive as the price, and tends to give the impression of an old hotel that doesn't want to develop into a more modern one. The employees are also not as friendly as similar hotels. The rooms are not worthy of a 4 star hotel. The bed covers and sheets are dirty, the lights are off (even though we finally replaced the lights after we asked), dusty curtains, and only 1. The only cool thing in this hotel is the swimming pool.

Beachfront hotel with friendly service. Wide parking area and ATM center available. For breakfast, more variants and tastes are increased. The cleanliness of the rooms is ok. Wifi is OK. Over all ... very much enjoy and will return.

I am a tenant of room 105 on 15 November 2020.
The first time I arrived, I immediately checked in and it turned out that I couldn't because the reason the room was still full even though it was past 1 o'clock and told to wait until finally I could enter the room at 2 o'clock. Waiting without being given a wellcome drink, the receptionist was not at all friendly, after entering the rest room for a while it turned out that the room AC was leaking and dripping into the room, the heater for showering was unstable sometimes the water came out really hot sometimes suddenly cold. You only get one towel and it's gray not white anymore.

The breakfast in the restaurant is dirty, a lot moreover, the drinking stand looks never cleaned, and the food is tasteless, yellow rice seems to use food coloring that looks very yellow.

The swimming pool is dirty with lots of prisons and dirt floating above the pool, around the pool it also seems neglected.

Too bad a four-star hotel like this in my opinion is not worthy of being said to be four-star. The only thing good about this hotel in my opinion is the sunset view

I stayed three nights here. The location is good, on the edge of Lima coconut beach. Near the center where the fish is selling and can be grilled immediately. Next to there is a Padang rm and a seafood restaurant, there is also an East Javanese warung. for those who are Muslims it is quite close to a large mosque so they are not worried about congregational prayer or Friday prayers. A little on the edge of town but relatively close to the airport.
There is a swimming pool that is enough to get sweaty, there is a jogging track behind the hotel. Room and breakfast menu is quite standard for a hotel in its class. You can choose a room facing the sea to see the sunset.

the hotel building is relatively new with a rear view facing the sea, the interior is pretty good. many breakfast menus are served.

Nice hotel with large rooms and good prices. Wide menu of room service available. Hotel has a pool on the sea side. The beach near the hotel it not for bathing though. Airpory pick up and drop off ia available for free. Use it, as a taxi will cost 70k rupiah, or some 4.50 euro. That's a room service beer in savings.

The hotel is not far from Dr Airport, about 15 minutes away, the hotel view is very good. Direct booking at the hotel booth on the rock which is at the airport arrival exit guaranteed and cheaper than online travel or coming directly.

Weak quality control in preparing rooms for guests, toilets have no water then repaired by a technician, room light settings have no choice only 1 button to turn on and turn off all lights, few TV channels and no choice for entetaint and relax, glass provided without a spoon to stir.
