A fairly cheap hotel ... good view from the hotel room directly facing the sea.

Great value. Great panorama, easily and directly see beach view here. Complete bathroom equipment. All crews are very warm and easy to talk. A bit far from the airport but no need to worry because online transportation is available here.

The taste of dishes that is served here is not bad. So, it's recommended to visit and stay at here when you are in Kupang.

Poor service and management- the staff often did not change towel when I asked to or forgot to provide bottle water. I have paid the room via bank transfer two weeks before I arrived and the front desk kept asking me to pay in person telling me that they did not receive the payment. When I presented the payment receipt from the bank, they did not say a word or apologize. They don't like their guests get the taxi from outside. The hotel driver was very rude and scolded the taxi driver when he came to pick me up. The hotel driver should not have done it especially in front of the guests. The food was awful for breakfast. It was not worth the price.

The place is good in the middle of the city, the service is friendly, very clean, a little extra if possible check-in service can be sped up (oh yes I checked in at 10 pm so maybe a bit longer service) but overall this hotel is good and recommended

Don't order rooms that are city view if you are someone who can't sleep if it's not quiet. You won't be able to sleep. Especially if you get an AC room that doesn't work properly, it's cold but there is an unpleasant aroma coming out of the air conditioner that can make your nose clogged.
