Love everything about this place. 5 minutes from the city center. Super clean, very friendly staff. Will stay here again.

Very nice hotel situated close to Wroclaw old town with two roof terraces (4th floor and 6th floor). My room was quite spacious with an industrial design. The restaurants were very good and there is a well stocked bar. Staff very helpful.

Reception, porter - welcome guests with pleasure. Room prepared as requested in the news. Great spa area, although the water in the jacuzzi could be warmer.
Raw decor - a matter of taste, we like it.

Actually, I visited the ballroom, on the occasion of the wedding, to which I was invited there. So I rate the restaurant, service and facilities.
The hotel is well maintained, the equipment is quite fresh, has a rooftop cafe with a view of Wroc aw.
The service is very good, attentive and professional. They have no problems communicating in English.
Cuisine: also great, dishes delicious, carefully served. I recommend beef cheeks.

Hotel in a specific style, very elegant in terms of finishing And 5 stars are missing a lot. The plus is probably the spa area .... beautiful view on the roof and the cafe and location - a revelation. Breakfast is so so .... bed totally uncomfortable mattress so soft that I got up sleepless. Air conditioning poor control. Unfortunately, we did not stay longer because the uncomfortable bed decided. For this amount, the money was overpaid.

A fantastic village in the middle of the city with a beautiful view from the terrace. I recommend to all who plan accommodation in the center of Wroclaw.

One week ago I was a guest at a wonderful wedding over the weekend. The celebration took place on the 4th floor of the roof terrace. So I can only report about it. The service and facilities were fantastic. The food we had was delicious and varied.

Spacious rooms, breakfast and restaurant are great too. However, wifi isn't good, and during our stay the hotel allowed a massive wedding to go on until 4am with very loud music.

Such a rare experience. The place drips with complex history, it's tangible. Check out the decor, the associations, and the location. Also, try the opera house across the road. The history of Wroclaw weaves it's intricate web from this spot. Spa, breakfasts, bathrooms - beyond my usual expectations. Wow.

Nice rooms and people. Breakfast is good too. Only downside is the have perfume pots in the rooms that are a but strong. The location is fantadtic, walking distance to anyplace around town square.

Very nice service. Clean rooms, tasty breakfasts and a good selection of spirits in the bar. The only minus is the lack of degree marks in the jacuzzi. The second degree of colors and foamed water cannot be seen. A harsh memory.

A traditional hotel that does not deserve five stars. It is positive that the hotel is very close to the center, the breakfast was not to complain about, but the atmosphere of the hotel was uncomfortable, in particular was - despite our lack of notification not resolved that the air conditioning could not be turned off and the room uncomfortably cool was.

The observation deck is poorly developed, it is cold and dark ... you can eat there nothing except the tasting menu, which for such prices ... is poor ... also if someone is hungry and would like to eat well or have a special dinner ... then definitely not here.

What can I say, the hotel has 5 stars, completely meritorious of course, spacious rooms, sublime style breaks everywhere, you can collapse in nothing ribnia, do not mention the location ... you will not find better ....

Nice old spot. Rich history. All rooms I saw are large and completely refurbished. Very modern. Lots of wood, outstanding bathrooms. Very high quality work.

Cafe on the terrace great. Dear, but nice views, it's worth seeing.

My favorite hotel. Actually, I can not imagine a visit to Wroclaw without accommodation in Monopol.

This is high end class hotel. always missing this style looking like James Bond from 60'. The real class of this place are people giving you top class service.

High class hotel, great interior.
Great location, the very center.

Really spacious and comfortable. Parking next door. Nice roof terrace. Staff a bit inexperienced, but overall top line for the price. In theory good selection of wines, but they did not have them... Which lowers the rating.

A hot tub in your own room? An amazing internal design in a historic building? Who can say no. Disclaimer: not all rooms have hot tubs though

Fantastic hotel, ideal location, one of the few in Wroclaw with a swimming pool, breakfast deserves special emphasis. The best in Poland we've eaten, for the first time in Poland Benedictine eggs to order A la carte!
