Hotel Marina Copán Review

There we were as guests of honor, it is a hotel, pride of Honduras, I rate it with 5 stars, I recommend it, your stay will be pleasant like a king.

Wonderful location in the heart of Copan, close to the Grande Place. The ruins may be reached by TucTuc ( 1$ per pserson) or by a 20 minutes walk. Excellent food, cosy open bar near the pool area. The rooms are large and very clean.

It is a very nice hotel that overlooks the lake and has a wonderful park on which the rooms look, also beautiful, but .... CLEANING leaves a lot to be desired .... our room was so full of dust and, as say .... of "stale", of remained unused for a long time and not refreshed to be inhabited again ... therefore difficult to live, to the point of even tarnishing the splendor of the location

The very nice place with a colonial style, but very complete since it has a swimming pool, gym bar, apart from the very good attention, they try to give good service typical of their people of copan who are helpful and above all attentive, the food in the breakfast is complete, as well as the menu food very good with typical and international food.

I did not stay, I just tried the restaurant and I have to say it was exquisite, with a lot of variety and good quality. The fast and attentive service, and we were lucky to coincide with some regional dances that were performed in the courtyard. A perfect evening!

The hotel has an inner courtyard where the restaurant is located. The atmosphere is very pleasant and there are usually musical performances.

Excellent position for the Coogan archialogical site, easy walk or take a tuk tuk for a dollar, hotel clean, good pool for a refreshing dip, good selection for meals but tske a very short walk into the square for lots of restaurants and great atmosphere, staff at hotel friendly and polite with an easy smile

We only stayed one night. The rooms are spacious. The furniture is "emergency", but it can be worth it. Adequate facilities. The worst food.

All good but the prices are too exaggerated for what is offered.

It is a hotel with good decoration, the facilities are cozy, clean, the pool area is very colorful, the attention of the staff is very good. The breakfast in the restaurant is great. The hotel has an electric power generator. The room tidy and clean, the bathroom clean and with hot water. -The room air conditioner unit was very old cooled but the air directionals did not work properly and the air flow was poor.

Went to Honduras see family and we stayed at this hotel .This hotel was the best place my wife my two girls and family stayed when we went to see the ruins they have great food rooms are clean and we enjoy our time there

It is a first class hotel, has a pool, restaurant, bar, is located half block from the central park. And the service as well as the attention is excellent.

Marina Copan is by far the best hotel in Copan. Very stylish Central American design with modern conveniences, and terrific service. A two minute walk to the downtown and about 15 mins to the ruins . The town is very safe for tourists
