Went there to have some south indian food and it was really good and carries authentic south indian taste

Very poor service. I ordered dinner , main course arrived after 30 minutes wait and to the worst the chapatis and pranthas came after terrible wait and in the mean time all food was cool served.

The ambience of this place is great.The hall provided by them is well decorated and the food is great! .The hotel rooms are clean and the service is also good.The only drawback are the small washrooms in the party hall.Everybody knows the maximum rush is in there , so they should be bigger! Other than that a great place for any event like engagement party etc.

The staff upgraded us to a suite which turned out to be more luxurious and a memorable experience. Would stay there again when I visit Ludhiana. Breakfast was top notch too!
