Weird staff to welcome.. they don't even know how to corporate with customers

I attended a Lohri party here and, as an auditor of hospitality, didn't find any major issues.

Service, ambience, decorations and food were excellent.

Very nice hotel in ludiana especially for business trips. Located in the centre of city. Staff is very co-operative and food is amazing both north and south Indian.

Sagar Ratna inside the hotel is my favorite place to eat. There Rava masala dosa is amazing and one if the best dosas I ve ever had. Whenever I visit India I definitely go there to eat the dosa and uttapams. I love this place.

A big thumbs-up for this hotel for providing their best services. I am not including the food it has its on special taste but the other services which are not usually seen in other hotels like hot and cold water 24 hours, fast room services are also best as well.
