I want to share my professional experiences with I want you to give me a chance ...

Recently went to Haiti and stayed at this hotel with my family. We had 7 rooms in total for us. I like that we were all in the same hallway. The rooms were pretty clean. They (cleaning staff) come to clean the rooms everyday but some rooms would be forgotten and not get cleaned up. But we called the reception to get those rooms clean and they did.

The staff there is very nice and never gets tired off reactivating key cards with that gets disactivated from being near electronics (especially phones).

The food is tiny bit pricey but still affordable for the most part. My only issue was, they never had everything listed on the menu. But for the most part they had some foods and they tasted wonderful. The staff at the restaurant/bar is great especially (Jerry). They are respectful, helpful, understanding, and caring. Wonderful staff.

Everything else was great, there isn t much to complain about. I had a wonderful/magical homey experience there with my family. I would definitely recommend it.

High-end and all-inclusive hotel in the Champ de Mars Haiti. Clean and well air conditioned rooms. Several meeting and conference rooms. Packing accessible at the back, view on the whole field of Mars. Delicious and diverse cuisine mianmmmm

My room was spacious and quiet but my colleague can not say the same on ground floor side of March, to avoid. The breakfast is good and varied. On the other hand the restaurant is average, map not stocked, very rubbery conch and pizza really not top for the price. Swimming pool very appreciable.

The room was fine, comfortable beds and nice balcony. The bathroom was fine, but only functional. The hotel service was very good, especially the men who seemed truly happy to serve.

We still need trained people who can be useful to his community

The staff is extremely nice overthere and the buffet (especially on Fridays) is exquisite.

It is a very well located Hotel in the city center, very used by institutions to do trainings, seminars and conferences and others. The course is not very big but very beautiful. The food is really good there.

It was very nice, being our children first time in Haiti, they loved the pool.

The best buffet breakfast I had in Port au Prince. Do not be wary of the area. I was also very surprised at the level of security.

It was great my visit to Le Plaza. It is a very nice hotel.

Quiet. In the heart of a hot city with its own contributions to the city in terms of tourism. A nice swimming pool, a pretty cool restaurant, a little expensive.
Small, very nice conference rooms for activities that are not crowded.

So first off I'd like to say that this is my FIRST time ever writing a review for a hotel and I've been to many throughout my travels. This hotel has BY FAR the best staff that I've ever been around. I stayed for about a week and man was I always excited to see the people every time I left the room! The area is very close to the many sites of the city and is gated and well guarded.The rooms are very comfortable and The food is amazing! I would recommend this place to anyone coming to Haiti!

We had a nice lunch here the other day. Can't say much about the rooms since we haven't stayed here, but the food was good. The pool looks inviting. There's a cool bar area too. Would totally recommend for a business lunch. The staff was super friendly.

VERY OVER Price ! The menu was very expense ,over 100 dollars U.S for 3 plates of food. My room was bad, my shower/tub was clogged up and the man used a plunger to unclogged it!!! I stayed one day and left , it a nice location but the place its self is gross don't waste your money. Never again. BEL FLE is a way better hotel in port au prince thats where i stayed on my way out of Haiti, and its a reasonable price , nice staff and everything is American money and its reasonable and taste amazing.

If you want a nice quiet place to stay, without spending a bundle of money, this is the place. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the service is great. The food is great with broad choices in the menu. The service is exceptional. Everyone was friendly and helpful.

I liked this hotel because the hotel is clean and the staff are welcoming

The hotel is very well situated, just across Champ-de-Mars which makes it easy to access downtown core where most of official buildings are located. Rooms are spacious and well equipped. Very fast internet connection. Menu is ok and less pricey than in other hotels.

An Oasis in the midst of the bustle of downtown! The decor of the restaurant, which is bordered by a swimming pool and exotic plants, reminds us that we are in a Caribbean island with a tropical climate.

Very good Creole cuisine!

Wawww, the restaurant is very elegant, privacy is at the rendezvous, the service is really high quality

Confortable room, clean, accessible, safe. Plaza is near to champs de Mars and the presidential palace.

Beautiful place, you can swimming their on the weekend and I have a good moment on KANEL RESTAURANT

It's ok, but the air conditioning wasn't working, we call customer service, nobody picked up and the bed was too high also loose

We felt in love with place, it was a good surprise. We will go back there sure :)

This is a beautiful hotel in the center of Port-au-prince. It's very accessible with ATM, stores, museum, theater etc around.
