Very friendly service.
Had been invited with dear friends.

The hotel would have needed a renovation, but thanks to the super nice staff (especially front desk) the stay was still great! Big compliment, thank you.

Ate a buffet so I can only give a good opinion on the restaurant

Too expensive for what it offers like the rest of the city, a 30 euro pizza and broken, among other things, even who knows what stuff to be enriched who have money to throw away. If you are people looking for quality, you will not find something here. I state that I did not visit the area in peak season but I was somewhat disappointed in general. Clean room with the bare minimum. I wouldn't go back

Very nice hotel with good breakfast, nice bar area and plenty of restaurants. Bus stop right outside brings you right to the slopes. The rooms are fine but can be noisy, you can sometimes hear noises from the floor above you or the room next to you. Overall a very pleasant stay.

Very poor service, catastrophic advice and informs informs ... I will not enter this house again!

The accommodation is quiet, clean, not crowded, great weather.

I was here for a full body massage, which was great, was super relaxed afterwards, again immediately.
At the beginning I was asked why I need a massage. In this way, the masseuse was able to loosen the tense muscles with skilful, powerful grips.

Not recommended on the Engadine, was really the first time a disaster in the pizzeria, every 15min was a meal for our 6 people, food was also not really good, pizza burned, otherwise, sometimes good, sometimes disappointing. There are many better restaurants in and around St. Moritz.

Picturesque views from the SPA area, a couple of nice and cosy restaurants, good breakfast, close to the lifts, walking distance from the city centre. Rooms are cosy, but need a minor redecoration. Overall a pleasant experience :)

good hotel in a great location, everything is close and easy to reach. fair prices. The rooms are not in the newest condition but ok.

This place is great. The rooms are clean, the shower/baths are relaxing, and everything was close by despite it being the off season. Theres a good bike path on the lakeshore that is nearby.

Ohhh boy and the breakfast area is in a sun room that has an awesome view of the alps.

Excellent value for money. Convenient location for parking and ski lifts. It includes access to the beautiful public swimming pools 5 minutes away on foot and a lovely spa on the top floor. There are also two restaurants and a good pizzeria.

Possibility of a wide choice and different menus also for celiacs and vegans.
The Thai is to be missed, I have been to Thailand and I can say that the dishes are virtually identical, every time I go there and to come back to Thailand for one evening.
The pizza is excellent below top, available in various mixtures and above all made with yeast and left to rest and rise naturally, as tradition says.
Finally dinner there is always a large and delicious cake buffet in which, at a fixed price, you can indulge and taste up to satiety

Restaurants inhouse are good

Rooms had a heavy varnish smell from the wood. Pillows are completely flat; better off using your own jacket for support. Bathrooms are dated and aged yellow. Food is mediocre at best. Hallways makes you feel like you're in an old hospital or in the asylum from Terminator 2.

In July with a group of 50 people (organized tour) we stopped for lunch at this hotel. I have to congratulate all the staff, everything was perfect from food, fast service, and great professionalism and courtesy. To try and return.

We spontaneously booked a room on site. The service of the front desk was very friendly and accommodating. The room 455 was a bit old but clean and with the possibility to make tea, coffee unfortunately not. Probably the room was near the water pipe which was audible in the evening. The breakfast buffet was varied and delicious! But by the size of the hotel also well visited. All in all, we had a good stay and thank you

Amazing views, cozy room and such delicious pizzas at the restaurant at the hotel. It's also walking distance from the city centre and the lake.

Mountain railways and swimming paradise included. Advice at the reception very good. The hotel is getting old. Price performance matched.

Pleasant and homely hotel in St. Moritz Bad. Cuddly pinewood suites. Ideal location for hiking in the immediate vicinity of the lake and in the immediate vicinity of the indoor pool and spa. Also has small spa with massage and several restaurants. Is also visited by many locals.

Perfect stay!
The hotel is rated as a 3 stars hotel, but I would easily give 4.
The breakfast was delicious, many types of cheese, bread, croissants and tasty coffee.
The hotel has 5 restaurants for dining.
The parking is not enough if the hotel is fully booked. Take care if you park on the street. The police is vigilant and you can get a fine.

Nice hotel (Pure Victoria), unfortunately, the bathroom without heating

Room was nice and big enough. Breakfast was delicious. The hotel can be easily reached by car and there are also parking spaces. Lake St. Moritz is only a few minutes' walk away. There is also a shuttle service (e.g. to the train station) available.
All in all recommendable.

Corner room was quite and spacious for 2. Sheets and comforter very comfy. Breakfast was incredible!

The interior was very nice and the service was fantastic! Could use a business center and some touching up on the exterior, but a great location near the lake and clean and comfortable rooms. I would stay again.

Large hotel with poorly finished rooms. Dear buffet menu

Left felt like we were scammed. Quite simple. Wife and I asked for a fondue. And 2 glasses of wine. We ate the fondue. With a bowl of bread. Then waited 25 mins to have the plates cleared then still no cheque. Finally we got up to pay. Receipt showed TWO fondues at 31.50 (63 is not cheap for a bowl of cheese and stale bread) not cheap. Confronted him about it, to say we ordered 1 for the 2 of us. And he went on the attack. Blaming us that we asked for two. Back and forth a couple times. Basically saying to bad your fault. Acted very un professional.

This is a comfortable, clean and well maintained three star hotel. It's room is spacious for three persons to use. It is clean and well maintained. The washroom is clean, bright and new. Most helpful of them to have included a safe. The hotel arranges a pick up service for all her guests as It is located about 20min away from the train station. You'll be spoilt for choices as there are 6 restaurants to choose from. There is probably nothing else to do in St Moritz after 5.30pm as all the shops are closed for the day.

The Hotel was ok, but the breakfast was cold. I found a long strand of hair wrapped in my serving of mushrooms. I reported this issue to the waiter who spoke with his manager, but she shrugged it off and nobody came to apologise
