I had askd for a car clean up which was parked just outside the hotel, the receptionist replied do you agree to pay 100? I said yes no issues . When i came out aftr 2 hours, the car remained untouched and dirty with no explaination from the management. Think twice before visiting this property, i m sure you will regret.
I had a marriage occassion in hotelcrossroads last night .arrangement was very nicely handled food was very delicious.and everything was very well maintained. arun pandey the manager had managed everything very nicely special thanks to him

We were there to attend a wedding ceremony. The banquet is good for small/medium size gatherings.
No parking space but food quality is good but space is not that good inside the hotel
wonderfull stay with delicious food. it was a signature stay of my familly get together with residence. very courtious staffs are there. great hospitality,.every moment you can enjoy.... thanks to crossroad family to make our stay n get together memorable.

Small hotel. Rooms were clean but toilet were smelling. Staff friendly. A costly room rent and restaurant. Keep it for last option.
Don't go by the surrounding area. This place is awesomely quiet and having best food taste for the price offering. Best acoustics for a musical do. Helpful staff. Excellent experience.

Very well Designed interiors and well maintained rooms and dinning, so much facilities are available. Good Internet with high class Sequrity feature. Banquette is also available with very good space and decoration.
Maintenance staff is very early services. And nice behaviour.

Hall is good, food is also good. But he staff is too less for a party. Not professional even. You won't find waiters for anything. Even by the end of party, they started serving slow. AC doesn't work properly. At the end of party, they even stopped ac though they started when we asked.
Very poor quality property, they claim 3 star but it is 2 star.. false promises of services during check in.. food is really bad, with same menu daily and for everything different u ask, it's chargeable.. Everyone here, from manager till down below will serve u only on first day.. please avoid this place at the first go..
