I love the hotel and the location

I love the hotel and the location
It does not have money but if you like swimming you can swim and train, we visit the island periodically to cycle which is a paradise for this sport, you can run and the hotel allows you to do a complete training for triathlon
As for the facilities, the b is a bit old and the b unique is the newest, they always treat us like home, it is a hotel in which its owners are very attentive and make you feel very good! The food is very rich, I especially recommend the Caribbean ceviche, shrimp tacos and hamburgers. The chef is very good, only the service when it is full is slow so be patient, patience will be rewarded with a delicious delicacy, the rooms at b unique are completely in my style, very sober but with a neo-architectural touch, I really enjoy all of them. They have a view of the sea and have a coffee on the terraces is something that I do not change for anything in my trips to the island, they are also close to restaurants such as the buccanos at night, the chef, among others.
In short, this hotel rated it for what it makes you feel and the experience it gives you as one of my favorite destinations when it comes to the sea.

Small and not a ton of seating but it's got a nice pool and a little dock for ocean swimming. The food is tasteless and the drinks are mediocre but when the weather is nice it it's a decent place to hang out.

Our Familia was on a day over in Cozumel with our cruise and decided to spend the time at Hotel B for the day.

The staff was amazing and took very good care of us and our grandchildren loved the pool, hot tub and most of all jumping and swimming off the dock.

I would highly recommend Hotel B for your Cozumel visit.

we stayed for 8 days.Great pool area and hot tub, staff is very kind but that's about it. our room had a faulty air conditioner that spit ice and was super loud room 301. we tried to switch in the middle but they said everything was booked up. we got switched the final night. The rooms could use a fridge and the restaurant portions are small and overpriced. we ordered poached eggs and the eggs were extremely over cooked we complained but were still charged. I wouldn't recommend a long stay here maybe 1 night. there are better places for the money.

A great place to stay in Cozumel, the attention of Mary at the reception and the rest of the very good staff, they supported us in everything during our stays and they were always super friendly. The view from the rooms is beautiful, the natural pit is not enjoyed as much as we would like, now that I also played North and that did not help. The two points that I would improve would be the fact that the motor of the external jacuzzi did not work, but if the water was very hot there, and the fact that their medicine cabinet does not have fine tweezers, they would have been useful because of the hedgehog that we chopped.

Beautiful, Relaxed, Wonderful Views. Hotel is located right at the edge of the Caribbean and includes some of the most gorgeous views anywhere. The service and people are both great. Felt safe and comfortable. Highly recommend!

It is a very quiet place, it is very clean, paradise to snorkel, the food is very rich, the facilities comfortable, spacious, magazine type, the staff very attentive and friendly.
They lend bicycles but they are few, there is no padlock and the schedule is until 6, if we are left wanting to leave later.
To get there you need a taxi or car but it is very expensive from the ferry to the hotel and it is not really far, to get out of the hotel you request a taxi at the reception and it is cheaper. The view is incredible.

our stay was absolutely lovely! great service - jorge was the best - he anticipated our every need lounging at the infinity pool all day. everyone was so friendly and accommodating, food was good, beautiful landscape on the sea (no beach but it was not missed, you can still swim in the water down a ladder). NOTE: the hotel has a renovated side that is well worth the upgrade. the non-renovated side leaves a lot to be desired. + ocean view is the way to go!

The hotel is very nice, all very attentive, the food is very rich, the pool is a little girl and it does not have a beach but its reef is very beautiful. It is relatively close to downtown only 14 minutes.

The hotel positions itself as 4 stars. It can not be true. Pros - good location, excellent sea and sun loungers. Comfortable bed. Cons: no refrigerator, do not put bottled water, breakfast is monotonous and it is long to wait, expensive. All budget, albeit comfortable. Maximum for a couple of days stay.

Total disappointment, I did not like it at all. Nice room but with a musty smell. Mattresses pretty beaten, room without frigobar. Then breakfast very scarce if it was American included very little variety and quantity 1 toast with butter and jam. I asked for more and they brought me another toast. Whirlpool next to the pool in repair. Platform in the sea that show in the photos was not either. One of the most expensive I paid in Mexico and it turned out to be the worst of all.

We didn't stay there but did use the spa services. The hotel looks great and the staff are friendly. We had a manicure and pedicure and spent $80 US on possibly the worse manicure and pedicure I've ever had. The polish didn't even last two days and I'm not sure they sanitized their tools. I saw one of the girls using the same tools on their nails directly after finishing ours. I'm sure the hotel is great but don't spend your money on manicures or pedicures in the spa.

One of the hotels I have enjoyed most in the Mayan Riviera. Despite not having a beach, the own dock, pool and jacuzzi are the best, the sunset from any of these locations is beautiful. Breakfast included and other prices quite accessible, near the airport, taxi to the center 70 pesos.

Thus place is amazing, especially for the price. Great snorkeling right off of the hotel, two infinity pools and a Jacuzzi. Great, friendly staff. The breakfast is good (actually local additions, not just American nonsense). On certain nights only their Asian restaurant is open which was a little disappointing as we wanted local food. However, very short cab ride to downtown. Will definitely be coming back.

Beautiful hotel with wonderful staff. They don't tell you but you have to insert your key into a box by the door to get electricity. It's kind of cool once you know what to do. Stayed there for the reef. We were disappointed at first but then went in the afternoon when the sun was directly over head and it was much better. Tons of small fish. Interesting coral formations and a wide variety. Lots of little rays that swim on the bottom. They are the color of the sand so hard to spot at first. Saw flounder, puffer fish, eels, snakes and squid. Sunsets here are wonderful. Enjoy.

GREAT LOCATION FOR SNORKEL. I will definitely stay here again. Quiet and serene environment. The included breakfast is quite complete. The only points to improve is the housekeeping service specifically taking care of changing towels in the bathroom of the room; improvement of some maintenance issues and; Please buy spotify premium.

Excellent place, with beautiful view.

Excellent place, with beautiful view.
By accident I booked a two-bed room for my honeymoon. Without thinking twice at reception they changed our room for a much better, more expensive room, but they offered it as a courtesy.
The food is very good and of the few places where you are really satisfied with the amount they serve.
