Beautiful hotel , great food, lovely staff, amazing stay..

Been to Once Up On A Time. Ambience is good, Service in ok. But no good food in dinner buffet, except Peas Pulao and desserts. Green Park has tried hard to replicate AB'S of HYD but is not even 15% close in terms of food taste and service. Surprisingly EXPENSE than the best Buffets of HYD(AB'S & Barbeque Nation). Recommend Barbeque Nation.

Horrible experience at Tulips Restaurant today (6.10.20) at Lunch. Mushroom soup ordered which is served with a Baby cockroach in the soup.
Veg Spring rolls are smelling. First time such a bad experience in last couple of decades dining there....

A very good hotel with all comforts. If you can afford for a little bit of money to stay in visakhapatnam. And more over a good convention hall with well maintained.

It's a nice place to visit in vishakapatnam and I totally satisfied with the mantanence over their.

The hotel has 3 restaurant options
1) R&G that js a buffet costing 850/person + 2.5% GST (both Veg and Non Veg)
2) Tulips, Ala karte Type restaurant
3) Mekong, Continental Type one

We were 11 members who visited R&G, you need to book the table in advance because the restaurant usually is crowded on weekends and getting a table might be difficult (but we were lucky though). For non vegetarians, Apollo Fish and Mutton Chops are a must try in starters. Vegetarian can go with something called noodle spyder and one fried potato which are actually pretty good. The main course was good but I felt it had limited options unlike other "Barbecues" bit still does the job. Overall it was great experience for us as we wanted a place to hangout and talk and not just eat and eat

Mekong restaurant is so Gud,njyed Thai dishes espc sushi

Water bottle here is 120 rupees. Be careful. Do not clean their hand after cleaning the table. Need to be improved in hygiene aspects

Try Mekong, try R&G or try Tulips.. All those restaurants have their own unique taste and excel in the quality of food. I always love visiting here and trying out there delicacies. Economical too when compared to other star hotels.

Specifically chef prakash should be appreciated for best oriental food

Worst front desk service, they don't care of guest time. I cleared full bill while checkin, later on asking for extra amount.. will rather choose any other hotel than this...

Group of us went to R & G for a buffet. Food and service is of very low standard. Non Veg is kabab intensive with least importance for other types of food. Vegetarians got hardly any thing to eat.

Hotel is well located. Walk to the beach is a good morning time activity. Food is good and service is fine

The food was bad and what I disliked the most was the service. The plates were not enough plates because they were not being cleaned on time, as a result the queue was growing longer and there were no people to serve food (self service) but in such a situation we need people to serve food fast to clear the queue but nothing was done. Even the water bottles were over, but the people took too long to bring them back. They despite knowing how many guests would arrive, they failed to do their job. Overall it was a very bad experience, to put it in one sentence the food and service sucked.

I didn't stay at this place, but attended a marriage here. The marriage hall can accommodate about 300 people. There are no groom/bride rooms within the hall, which could be a problem.

We were not served coffee when we arrived there at 5 am. It was served at 6.30! The hotel management cannot put the blame on the marriage party that booked the hotel

The breakfast that was served at 8.30am was also mediocre. However the lunch was good. Hence 3 stars

Location and ambience is good, staff is friendly, food was site, overall a good experience.

There's no reason to visit this place if you want to have lunch/dinner. Worst quality of food (on 15 Jan 2018) given the stature of Green Park.

Upgraded to executive room by courteous front desk as they are over booked for standard rooms. Nice spaceous n clean room. Excellent food from room service. Left today after sumptuous breakfast. Enjoyed the short one night stay.

Rude Staff, Old rooms, Faulty TV & A.C's. Writing this review at 2 AM in frustration. We booked a king size room and what they gave is double bed room with faulty TV. After long wait and multiple followups until 11 PM and rude conversations by reception staff, they gave a king size bed room with faulty A.C. Have attached the picture of the locked temperature and we are getting suffocated now. Better spend money at other hotels like Sri kanya or Ritz and you will get value for money.
And Dear manager, Change your staff or change your job. This hotel is going down based on the staff and maintenance.

We have to improve .Good service. Good atmosphere. Clean air to be maintained. Needs good leadership. People will come often if attentive service improves. Hall lighting to be increased. Towels needed in wash area. Approach road to be cleaned. Indicated board is hidden. Welcome message is good.

Stayed there for a month.... grt hotel at this price range.... very clean and hygienic.... staff is very prompt and friendly...

Midnight buffet is okay not too good or too bad it starts from 11pm onwards..they are not serving finger bowl due to covid 19 norms but there is a line at the washroom, where nobody maintains covid 19 rules...

Good Food. You get South & North Indian Thai. Very Good & Tasty.

One should definitely visit this place. I went for buffet. You will be surprised at their starters. Whether it is for veg or non veg, they will not let you down. One would definitely visit this place second time for their starters. Main course is good with limited options. Desserts are good. Over all a great place for food with good ambience.

Nice ambience, big and neat & clean rooms, absolutely within budget. They do have a package deal on room tarrifs, which includes free breakfast and one meals per day.
All types of food is served here, but the preparations are with a touch of Andhra style. Its hot and spicey.
