A very bad experience while staying at several hotels, only here we have a very unsatisfactory experience and there is no comfort for guests who stay,
Saturday, December 14 2019, the most uncomfortable experience staying at the hotel because unilaterally the hotel held a dangdutan event without notification to guests and there was no solution related to that, we were very disturbed by the loud banging of dangdut music in the Junior Suite that we rented, we are very disappointed because the hotel manager has no solution to this,
We were on the 5th floor and coincidentally the dangdutan event was right downstairs in the pool area, the manager offered us a deluxe room but without any replacement solutions or anything while we were in a suite.
Please the hotel is wise if you want to hold an event for the convenience of guests at the hotel
We really don't recommend the Horison Riss Ultima hotel in Yogya, it's terrible in terms of service and guest comfort.

Lovely place to stay. Strategic location, the rooms are ckp spacious, the employees are friendly, the breakfast menu is varied and doesn't disappoint the taste of the food. The implementation of health protocols during this pandemic is good, safe and comfortable. One day when I go to Yogya, I will stay here again. Keep existing and always be successful.

The room is nice but the wall of room number 627 has been crossed out using a pencil, the lift smells like a deluxe room without a bathtub, there is only 32 led tv, a dressing table, a place to make tea or coffee, a bathroom with a shower, a sitting toilet and a sink here you can also borrow prayer tools , there is only bottled water and there is paper the size of HVS in the drawer
