Only the accessories for my car are not very stocked

I am a grateful customer of the quality of Honda. I always recommend it.

The services are done halfway. They broke a piece and didn't fix it well.

The truth, without comment is the second time I go and pure failures, the previous time they told me that they had blown the climate air filter and when I got home I checked it out of curiosity and it was full of dirt but I already bought it new and I I put it on, this second time I ordered the climate to be repaired and no air comes out from the front or from below.
The advisors, my respects, but the mechanics and chief mechanics don't do their job. I think we have to change agencies.

Very complete assortment of spare parts and at a very good price

They explain very well features and plans for buying cars.

Very poor attention from their staff on the phone, they are not trained for good customer service.

The attention of the staff was very good, fast and attentive, I went to apply the guarantee for the problem with the air bags and they did it at no cost, but soon after I realized that they mistreated one of the moldings of the inside marking it.

The car never looks good the first time when you take it to service ... you can give it directions 5 times, but they never attend to it, and just when you go to look for it they tell you: ahhh, bring tomorrow and we will check it ...
