Buyers beware! We received an internet quote for 1k less than another dealer on a Honda Pilot. We drove up there ready to buy a car; then they said 'oops we gave you the wrong quote'. We left and will buy our car elsewhere.

If you want to have a great car buying experience then ask for Doug Harms the Internet sales manager at Honda Carland. This older gentleman was the most professional sales person I have ever met in my life.

I bought a car from Carland not just because they had the best prices on the South East ( I checked FL, NC, NY, NJ, PA, MD, and SC where I SC where I live. What made me want to drive for six hours is the ease and no pressure service Doug offered me. He provided all the information straight up front.

When I drove from Myrtle Beach and I got to Carland there were no surprises. Doug had all the paperwork ready. He was efficient and thorough the paperwork process, he had everything ready.

Although the dealer was super busy I was sitting down and finalizing papers in record time with Lloyd the financing officer. Lloyd didn't try to sell me needless services. Instead he provided me with information that was relevant and useful.

Doug took his time to explain to me all the car features. He set up my phone and took his time to make sure that I knew how everything worked in the car. Since I bought a six speed manual that really worked well because I was listening to music and driving directions at the same time. I couldn't do this with my last car. It was such a great pleasure buying a car from Doug.

Another thing about Carland is the GM. I did not see that man sit down one second while I was at the dealer. I saw him tiding up the chairs on the dealer floor sales. I saw him all over the dealer except behind his computer desk. There is a strong work ethic in that place.

Have bought 2 new cars here, and although they were with different salespeople, both were the same; no hassle, no bait and switch, no crap. Here's our price, here's what we can do on financing, done.

One car is new enough not to need service yet, but the other is 8 years old, and we take it here for its routine maintenance. It's a dealer so not the cheapest around, but so far they've been good to us. Haven't tried to oversell us on anything, and have been generally decent people to deal with.

My experience in early 2016 was good..until I got home and realized the second key they gave me was not for my car. When I returned to get the key after calling and hearing from my sales person that they would make it right, the used car sales manager said my key was lost and I was out of luck. This was really unfortunate since members of my family have purchased a total of 3 vehicles from this place. I ended up purchasing another Honda 6 months after my purchase at Honda Carland, and I chose another dealer to buy from.

I had an awesome experience at Honda Carland. Ryan are Sales Associate is Great!!! My daughters and I love him. He was very professional, patience, and helpful. I am a proud owner of a Honda EX-L, V6. Thank you for the great experience. He is a true asset to Honda Carland!

Pretty awful experience. Racist's/totally and utterly unprofessional front desk and sales staff.. never EVER again. Stop mocking customer's culture and religion. Worst dealing with customers, making jokes on the customers is inappropriate. I don't know why I'm even giving 1 star. It is a shame that car dealers are still allowed to act this way. Buyer Beware!

The service advisor was friendly, thorough and quick while checking me in and in the check out phase. I had an appointment for work on a recall issue and added an oil change to the service as well. The only surprise was when I was given a 3-5 hour time frame for the estimated completion. When I had called to make the appointment I was given an hour to hour and a half for the estimated time to fix the recall. Luckily I had someone picking me up that morning and was able to get this done.

Purchased my first car here and it was a great, stress free experience. Jonathan McGuire was very personal and not pushy. Very easy to work with. El Rico Williams handled the financing side and was also very personal and professional. Overall the experience was great. Love my new car too!

I'm sure every sales rep at Honda Carland is good but if you don't want to waste your time and ensure you get the best deal talk to Amir. This man takes care of you. He's genuine and upfront with all the prices and if your ensure on what's going on he'll make sure any doubts are cleared.

Have never had a bad experience at Honda Carland. Easy to make an appointment online, drive up and the valet takes it from there! The service advisors are professional, friendly and are never pushy to get add-on services. Highly recommend HC!

We visited Carland on Sunday 24th Feb. We reached at 5: 05 pm where as their office closes at 6 pm. We decided to drive 32 mins after reading about the great reviews but was totally disappointed by the way the entire visit went. To begin with, when we entered there was no one at the reception desk. After looking around for 2 to 3 mins one lady came bye and her first response was it's Sunday evening so we don't have anyone to help you with, we will have to wait as there were already 3 customers ahead of us. Here entire tone was very rude as if she wanted us to leave and come later. We still were patient and decided to wait. For more than 15 mins we saw people coming in and walking around for help. After a long wait, one of the salesman passes by and asked if we needed help. We told him that we wanted to check Honda Accord. He was very polite and showed us the car. He answered few of our questions. So 2 for the salesman.

Tip: Show some enthusiasm when customers visit your store. They are willing to invest there money only if they find the salesman to be confident and pleasant.

We actually lost interest in buying a new car after the boring experience.

I have just purchase a 45,000 Ridgeline & the tow-alignment is way off to the right & they changed the oil & left the drain plug loose. The vehicle lost close to 2 quarts of oil , I got under there & the plug was only as few turns from falling out completely. I went today to get it these items looked at mad an appt. stood in line for 30 minutes until I heard another customer complain that his vehicle was still in the parking lot after 1-1/2 hours , then he said "whats the point of scheduling an appointment?" , that's when I turned around and walked out. I haven't got time to waste like that, I haven't even spoke to a service manager yet.

The dealership actually reached out to ME about so...

The dealership actually reached out to ME about some open recalls on my vehicle. I changed the appointment time and then actually showed up early and they never made me feel as if I was inconveniencing them. They were friendly, helpful, and even gave me a loaner to get my kids delivered to summer camp while my car was being fixed. I'd go back to this dealership for sure!

I brought my Honda civic ex coupe in for the airbag recall. I didnt have an appointment so they just worked me in. Well it was going good, then i was called into the office by the service manager. He told me that my car was in an accident (befote i bought it) and that whomever did the work to put it back together put in very poor products. Which is the airbag and all the components. He told me that he didnt even think they would have work in an accident. Luckly Honda representative was there and he saw it first hand. Well the total bill for repair was like $1700. Honda decided that it was there duty to make sure that my safety was #1 so they waived the charges and fixed my car free of charge. Which i was blown away.. That never happens to me. Also they gave me a brand new car to drive home while they fixed mine. Jack and service manager and Honda really went out of there way for me. So yes my experience there was absolutely amazing. I will return. When i do buy a new car it will be at Honda Carland in Roswell. Million thanks guys. Yall are awesome. Blessings. John Purcell

These guys are exactly what you want in a car service group, combining knowledge, reasonableness and polite service. Their repairs are top notch and their expertise in identifying issues is great. Just another reason to keep buying Hondas.

Joshua was my service rep. He was courteous and charming. He listened carefully to my requests and laughed at my jokes. My car was in for a recall but needed other service as well. Joshua explained what would be done and was clear about the cost. Not only was the car ready exactly when he said it would be, but they washed it as well. Now that is excellent service!

John Whittney was extremely knowledgeable and an excellent salesman. He's not pushy like every other car salesman I have had the displeasure of dealing with. He made our car buying experience very pleasurable. I would request Mr. Whittney to assist me whenever I need another car in the future!

Absolutely horrible service department!! I scheduled a routine oil change and tire rotation. I was nicely greeted by valet, then entered the service station where I was told someone would be right with me. I sat there for approximately 20 minutes before an service associate assumed that I was with a elderly who entered before (maybe because I had on scrubs he thought I was the help). I stayed seated for 20 more minutes before walking out. I later contacted Mary the service manager who giggled and made excuses as I explained my encounter. I will gladly take my money else where!!

Service staff, namely Connery, was courteous, helpful, knowledgeable, and polite. They went above and beyond to work with my extended warranty and got me a great price on all the repairs that were done. Will definitely be back.
