I personally have my primary doctor ahy and they treat me very well

Tremendous the best thing is that they speak your language excellent attention

Took the afternoon off for an appointment and I was never seen wasn't impressed with the level of service I received

It is a clinic where he has many medical aids, the only thing that is wrong is that they take a long time to attend and appointments take a long time to attend you and to top it off when it is your appointment they take time to call you to attend you. But in everything else they are very good, that's why my vote is neutral.

I come to this health center place for my primary care doctor. The place is huge inside and clean as well. They have like 3 floors and the basement. They have many different doctors dentist nutritionist counciling mid wifery offices and the staff are nice to me i haven't had no problems when i was there. It use to be a furniture store back in the early to mid 90's called epsteins furniture. But they turned it into an all kinds of different doctors offices now. Its on maple street in holyoke called holyoke health center.

Call times over 2 hrs!! If u need a Dar and are sick don t bother with these ppl cause u can t get them to answer the phone!!!! However, I do love my Dr she is great! I was sick for a long time before she helped me get better!!! Until I was sick again..chronically and just as bad as before and U can t even get thru to make an appt!!! I e been trying since Monday with having to hang up after an hr and 45 mins waiting!!!so the Drs care bumped them to a 3 from a 1 because customer service doesn t care!!!

I give them 100% always attentive and never so late or so early always and they treated me quickly and left with a smile ....

Health safety net. Pharmacy,Dental, and more for people in need of medical care.

Wait 45 min for Dr to show, have assistant recommended selling any prescriptions if you dont use them, changed tools of procedure last min to one more painful and with more complications, because preferred tool isnt ready after being confirmed day before and morning of. Office is a joke and a hazard, go elsewhere.

Worst costumer services I have a primary doctor that I can never see when I need to if i go to the emergency room they one you follow up with primary doctor that never will happend only choice is seen other doctor wish I don t feal okay with that they don t care about your health

Reception staff within the dental department are deplorable. If you choose to utilize this facility - be prepared NOT to have your calls returned and to spend countless hours on hold waiting for a live person to answer.

Safe all staff nurses doctor lab techs and food services people are amazing

Not custom service oriented as my brother always an issue & MD is very discouraging. Take forever to return calls. Making an appt is a mission so how you do they keep their patients well?

I hate calling to find out information about any concerns I have got my health no one ever answers the phone then when u go in their are like so many people at the desk at each department one time I called and fell asleep waiting for someone to come to the phone ridiculous. And then on top of that when they do answer the phone they have an attitude I really hate dealing with that !!!

Worst place , I take my uncle the wait is crazy long and the doctors suck

Too old school. Not enough online and email assistance, but I think the community they serve prefers this communication type.

All in one center. Including a pharmacy. Staff are all very nice.

On two seperate occasions not one nurse has bothered to call. My mom was discharged from the hospital and needed to be followed up by her PCP. I called more than 4 times while waiting for a nurse to call to schedule a follow up appointment. At the end of the day not one nurse returned my call and my mom has yet to see her PCP. Unacceptable, irresponsible on the nurses part. I will be filing a report regarding this matter.

Phone service is horrible pharmacy phone ring for about 10 minutes before it gets picked up and the eye doctors they never pick up the phone, you leave a message and they call back a week later.But my kids doctor Dr.Lekakis is amazing I love her, my kids has been seen her for 11 years now and I wouldn t change her for nobody ..Dr.Lekakis makes H.H.C. a better place.

All and all experience some doctors are great with their patients and show compassion along with empathy. There's also some doctors that are their just for a paycheck and they brush off the patients' concerns and health. Not all the doctors are like that, one bad apple doesn't spoil the bunch. You just have to take a risk to choose the right doctor. There's a chance of getting a good one and there's a chance you can get the wrong doctor. Don't knock it till you try it. I hope this helps!

The staff is very courteous and professional. I have been taken care of very well at this clinic/pharmacy.

Waited 15mins for them to answer and then they hung up, worst place ever

Waited on hold for 54 minutes, was immediately transferred to the wrong department without admin listening to what else I needed to say, then had to get transferred back to the main number and start waiting again.

The place is big and as the staff is very good they take care of you when it is your turn, it has everything you need, the only bad thing is that it does not have its own parking, you have to look for it and there is almost never a serca and you have to walk a bit.

I go here to see my primary care physician. This place has 3 floors and it Is very clean inside. They have alot of different doctors offices and therapists. They also have stairs or elevators. Back in the 90's this place use to be a furniture store called epsteins furniture. But since Epstein furniture went out of business this place took over and made it into a bunch of doctors offices. They also have mid wifey services, nutritionist and other services as well.

I'm so unhappy with the way I was treated . I have herniated discs in my back and the Dr said well people have to deal with it or not . Disgusting attitude. This place just wants money from insurance but does nothing to help

The pediatric department is really good love the doctors!

I move here from out of state and I ve been trying to get a primary doctor I have a lot of health problems and for 6 months already I ve been trying to get a doctor with no success! They just don t care
