Perfect location for shopping. Lots of malls within walking distance.

Terrific hotel in a great location. Worth staying here as it's central for everything. Staff are really friendly and attentive. Receptionists are really sweet. I'll be back soon

In room dining was horrible, the Thai red curry Any thing but red , neither Green..uncooked meat and strange taste paste. The rooms are ok, the buffet spread for lunch and breakfast, has nothing Asian not continental ..they hard dough crackers and called it INDIAN puri", the veg Indian Kurma was another shame, in effect stay there but go to Dusit for better food or walk down to SM mall food court.

Love the skyscraper view from my room, this is the first time I experience to stay in a nice hotel. All basic essentials are here and very accomodating staffs.

We had a seminar in one of their function rooms. Food is great. Nice venue.

Its right next to a mall and heart of public places so you will never be out of place. Most places near y are at walking distance.

Quality of asset & people started deteriorating
I have been staying with this hotel due to my IHG membership. Also due to the closing of intercon. Service and people used to be excellent. However the experience during my recent stay was disastrous. Jan 18 to 21 (3 nights)
My reservation was under stay & dine plan. Before booking it was showing peso 2,500/2 nights food voucher on their web. While check in I had asked to the guy. He was not aware. He was talking something else and had to check with his managers.I am saphire elite member & while check in they were treating me like any other guest

The bathroom exhaust was not there. First night before going to bed, when we used bathroom it was smelling like smoking room (strong cigarette smoke, unbearable). Cigarettes smoke coming from other bathroom exhaust to our bathroom due to the absence of fan and went open to bathroom

Upon complaint they came & fixed a new fan in about 45 to 60 min, keeping us awake until 11PM. Spoiled our sleep from 10 to 11 pm waiting for them to finish
Before allocating they should have checked the equipment function

The bath room bath tub in unsafe, very high to get out of the tub.

Again while checking out, they gave me a bill with all food bill included which was supposed to be covered under the Peso 2,500 food voucher. Luckily i checked before signing. Again I had to explain & she had no clue. She had to check with her higher up and revise the bill. The whole process delayed and i was already running late for airport

Need to rethink staying again here. When other hotels nearby offer better room & faculty for lower rate (Peninsula , big rooms, bathroom shower + bath tub)

Everything are really superb. It's just the cleaning service doesn't refill or replace all the necessities at the room for a whole week of accommodation.

The place is smack dab in the middle of Ayala Center that it is a great place if you are with family as most everything shopping rise is within reach.
The entrance does get a bit crowded and is small since it is beside the mall entrance as well.
The lobby lounge is on the second floor and is great for business meetings as well.
All in all, it's a decent place to go.

Function rooms are great. But wished they set up the chairs to give better elbow room. The buffet was great the second time I went there.

I had many complains in bad services. These were my complains Hello Holiday Inn - I have three complains when I stayed in Holiday Inn in Makati. Our room 825. My first complain is I was calling up the front desk on late afternoon on Jan 20 and I called two times. The phone rang around 5 to 10 minutes and I was left the phone hanging and went to bathroom. When I return back to phone, it was still ringing. Does your operator does not answers your guest calls and concerns. That is lousy service and never I had experience on other hotels. My 2nd complain. I had meeting at 09:30 in the morning. I saw my driver on the lobby and my driver proceeded to get car on the basement parking of the hotel. I told me driver to pick me up on front of the hotel. I waited for my driver for 30 minutes and I question the people on front door if there was a problem on basement parking. I was informed that there was only one way exit since the other lane is closed. My driver told me that there were a number of cars waiting on line and my driver must take a long drive around the hotel to get to the hotel drive way. He was given instruction by the gate attendance on how to proceed to the hotel entrance. I was late for my meeting for 30 minutes since I had to wait for my car. I once again unhappy since of the delay on hotel you management the traffic on basement parking. Problem number 3, my wife and I could not sleep well on your hotel because at 3 in the morning there were noises or stumping nose made on other room. I do not know if your hotel room are think but you can hear pounding noises and we need to complain to the front desk about the noise. It is good that securities went to investigate and I inform them on the noice. I door bell the room making the noise before your security came up. After a while, the noise stop. Well three sad experiences with your hotel and it makes think whether I shall like to stay in your hotel after I had sad experiences staying on your hotel. from Robie Concepcion

I enjoyed the fact that it's near everything! Glorietta is just a block away and pretty much I can enjoy dining and shopping. It's also a plus that my favorite coffee shop Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf is just downstairs. Meeting up with girlfriends is not only convenient but also so much fun.

The Hotel is in the best location of the town Makati City, area of all the malls which it make more convenient for us when we are in Manila. I recommend this hotel

Everything what you would expect from Holiday Inn. Comfortable room, relatively good fitness room, good breakfast selection and very friendly and helpful staff.

The price is high and the rooms are compact, but it is rare in the Philippines and there are no security problems. Being integrated with a large shopping facility, etc. The overall merit to stay is high.

It might be the most expensive ihg property, but it is the best. Like all Filipino establishments customer service is more like royal treatment.

Nice hotel very good location. Service very friendly and attendfull. Check in lobby is a bit weird located 4 floors up from main entrance. Room was nice size bathroom bit small, no bathroom. We only ate breakfast which was ok missed nice cheeses and cold cuts.

The place is very well maintained, staff are always smiling and very friendly. The ambiance is very welcoming. They always look after me everytime I stay for a visit.

Good location, just next to Ayala station and shopping mall. Clean and big guestroom. Spa here also good. There is off peak promotion for 30% discount off for treatment between 11am to 3pm.
