Not bad ... The rooms could use a little renovation

Everything was perfect. The staff was nice and friendly. Amazing breakfast. Would definitely recommend.

Great hotel. Room was clean and spacious. There were a lot of TV options, but a little confusing to use. Breakfast was good but not everything was out and it was a little slow. Front desk gentleman who checked me in was very professional and nice.

Rooms were clean and staff were very nice. Free breakfast did not taste very good except for the cinnamon rolls which were really good.

Friendly staff, clean rooms, and good water pressure but, the coffee was awful and they ran out of food by 7:00 which seems odd due to breakfast hours being from 6-10.

Clean, comfortable, corteous. No complaints. Would stay here again.

The hotel was beautiful, and cheaper than we thought it would be when we arrived. Very friendly staff, continental breakfast the next day, an all-around great hotel to stay at.

Fantastic Holiday Inn Express location. Friendly staff, fully stocked vending machines, AND a heated pool. We loved our stay. We'll make sure to stop by again next time we pass through.

Very clean rooms, lovely customer service, and overall a great hotel to stay at. Free breakfast. I've seen nicer Holiday Inns, but it was nice considering the fact that it's located in such a small. Make sure to visit Anong Thai Restaurant down the road... it's delicious.

Clean room, great breakfast, and the pool was heated!! I hate not being able to swim because the water is too cold, but it was perfect!!!

Hotel staff was very friendly, helpful and accommodating. After a long road trip they were courteous to me even though I wasn t on my best behavior. After a long swim in the pool, I thought a great review was in order. They re doing a great job and it s appreciated. I m not saying that you should take all or any grumpy old men here, but if you do, they can handle it. Thank you, Larry S.

They have everything you need and it's right next door to a Walmart

Nice clean hotel. Beds were not as firm as we liked, but that's personal preferences.

Only reason I didn t give this place all five stars is because we found a towel and bar of soap from the previous guests.

The breakfast was predictably Holiday Inn. Not gourmet by any means but a very solid way to start the day. The building also looks and feels very new so that helps a lot. The little town has very little to offer so anything this flashy is a nice change of scenery!

The service was also great. Jack helped us at the front desk and was very professional.

Wouldn t hesitate to stop here again if we ever come through this way. Weather closes the roads in the area without notice sometimes so planning ahead is always in one s best interest. This was a comfortable hotel so if you re passing through and weather is bad, I d recommend giving them a call and reserving a room!

The breakfast lady is so sweet .the only problem we had was the room we were in had some kind of pet hair on the carpet. I'm totally allergic to pets.we call to the front desk told them are problem we were switch to a different room that was lot better.the whole staff there is really sweet and nice.good breakfast too.l wish they would just have one floor just for only for pets.

We got in late bit the staff was great and very welcoming. The parking lot was rather difficult to get into due to the piles of snow everywhere

We have stayed at this property before and it never disappoints. The staff is efficient and friendly and the rooms are clean and comfortable. I'm sure we'll be back soon.

Rooms are great, showers are awesome, breakfast is good

Decent rooms, the queen suite was nice. Didn't like the shower head and the business center was horrible. Extremely slow computer (only one) and the printer prints only in red.

Clean & quiet room, nice shower and great service. Stayed somewhere else in town last night for a little less money and regret not coming here to start with.

The air conditioner didn't work, the room smelled, someone was playing music very loudly, all night long. I usually love staying at Holiday Inns, but this one is severely overpriced for such bad rooms. Only positive was the front desk lady was very nice and the bed was comfy.

Just not the quality we are used to with a HIE.
Breakfast was not fresh, oj was sour, milk had old dates on it. Didn't wash thier hands after taking a break and scratching thier scalp ALOT.... NO GLOVES

Great place for us to stop on our road trip. Nothing special, another Holiday Inn like Ive stayed at many times before. Breakfast was good and got us going for the day.

Friendly staff, great breakfast. The lobby TV was showing Denver news for some reason. Cheyenne may have been a better choice....

It was perfect as always until the breakfast lady was really rude. She probably needs to find a different job if she is that angry or not go to work that day with that type of attitude.

Clean room. Comfortable beds. Staff gave good recommendation for supper. Chocolate chip cookies were very nice.

If you have to stay in this town DO NOT stay here. Front desk staff rude and not helpful. Makes for a uncomfortable feeling when needing a good night sleep. Also, dirty! That was the reason for writing this.

Only 3 stars because the breakfast was awful. Sausage was dried out and cold. Bacon was very burnt. Omelettes were cold and inedible. Service was nice and room was nice though.

Rooms were great. The breakfasts was great selection. Thank you . The is the best holiday Inn I ever stay in.

Nice but no free coffee for guests in the lobby. They had the coffee makers is the room but I steer clear of those.

OK. Clean rooms. Internet is unusable though. 5 minutes to load Google maps.

Great place to rest...they have a Walmart and gas station next door. Right off the highway

Very Comfortable stay. May want to check on the intercom and coffee maker are in good condition. Coffee maker was swiftly replaced. Breakfast was decent.

Your basic Holiday Inn Express off the highway. Hotel has some commercial vehicle parking off side of the road. Includes hot breakfast and dumbbells in weight room

Wonderful experience, however we felt rushed out when the house keepers repeatedly knocked on the door at 9am and started to let herself in. The staff were all friendly and we were very happy with how accommodating they were.

Not real happy with my latest stay here. $125.00 for a room in Rawlins is ridiculous to start with. But then I had to listen to people outside my room until 1 am, after calling the front the desk and complaining at 10:30. I won't waste my money again here..

Decent hotel, a little bit of an older building for the price of about $200 with taxes for two people to stay in a room with one bed. The walls are a bit thin, especially if your room is near the elevator. Service is good and fast and I love holiday inn s express checkout system.

Great place to rest your body after a long drive! Pillows and beds are incredibly comfortable. Free breakfast in the morning, for those who like hearty and those who prefer healthy, they have both.

Nice clean hotel. Comfortable beds with a good breakfast. We didn't use the pool or fitness center. The air conditioner was noisy and a little bit too loud for me for a good night sleep. Managed to get about 5 hours which is okay for a night at a hotel.

My family and I had to spend New Years here because we where not able to make it home in time. They gave us a free movie to watch that was still in theaters, where pet friendly and very kid staff I would totally recommend stay here again!

What is up with trying to use your points for a room? What good are all your points? Nothing special and pretty loud.

Nice place pool requires a reservation but jus you and your family have it to yourself for an hour. Clean comfortable rooms and beds and grab and go breakfast no hot food anymore unfortunately.

Got stranded by weather on our way from Denver to Lander. The hotel and staff were so nice to us and all the other folks caught out by the wind and snow. Kay at brealfast was a particular delight!

I have stayed at this hotel several times. I have never been disappointed.

Great room, Check out is at 11 am but they were willing to give a later checkout, food was great downstairs, good service. rooms were clean and spacious, will come to this hotel again.
