Holiday Inn, Bur-Dubai Embassy District Review

The Hotel is good, rooms are spacious and well furnished, service is professional, only the location not that attractive unless your work in Bur Dubai or your going to embassies.

Clean well maintained. Affordable.
Staff is friendly. Rooms are lovely.
It's in a residential locality. Close to the metro line. You might need to travel a bit for the tourist areas.
Menu is limited. Hence plan your meals.

Good breakfast .Thankyou to the staff they are still smiling even they're very tired. Management must appreciate the effort of the staff specially Anwar restaurant. Thankyou

The hotel location was nice.
Metro was 2 min walking distance. Friendly staff. Good breakfast.
I would mention name malav, He was friendly & always helpful.

Conducted a Party. Some of the food items were missing which we mentioned. The main reason was communication gap between us and the event manager. They should spend more time with the customers over phone or directly rather than communicating only through mails. Since we r hosting for the first time a proper explanation should have been given regarding selection of menu.
After such incident no apology from their side.

However the food provided was good.
But myself n friends will never opt for holiday inn hereafter.

Lokesh from reception was very helpful. He assisted with our celebration requests.....

Accommodation is good..rooms are well kept and maintained.. With an exception to the south Indian fare,food is average. Preparation of South Indian dishes especially during breakfast is good.

Large and clean rooms, very friendly and professional staff, perfect breakfast, nearby metro station, very good tours, but the buildings around the hotel are not modern so I will book a hotel nearby Dubai mall next time.

I love the lobby of this hotel! I once had a seminar here and it's nice. It's just that sometimes they are not aware that their toilet doesn't have tissue anymore, that time it's also stinks. But yeah, the reception is more than I accepted. Very welcoming and lots of chairs to offer. You can really relax while waiting.

Best stay in Dubai...I stayed there for 8 nights my experience was just awesome...staff was so nice helpful and polite....room service was also good....and breakfast was too much good they have too variety in vegatarian breakfast they also cook breakfast according to my choice...best thing about these hotel was they give us complimentary cake on our first wedding anniversary...thnks to all staff for these wonderful services

Had a pleasant stay. I stayed there as i had a meeting in Atkins and i found the place very convenient. Recommended for all the corporate clientele around bur dubai 10/10

One of the best place to stay in Dubai esp. if we talk about room size. Most of the hotels in Dubai have small rooms but Holiday Inn Bur Dubai is very spacious. My favourite is a suite with a living room. Staff is very friendly and cooperative, to name a few Emad at the front desk, Vinay, Vikas, Alphas at the bar and the bell boys. Excellent place to live with family.

I was in Dubai for a business trip and had a wonderful time at the restaurant of this particular hotel. For me experience matters and Rajat made my time worth while at the restaurant. He was courteous and the food was served well. He made sure we had the best of what they serve and have a memorable experience. He asked me my preferences and suggested accordingly and was very attentive throughout the time we were there. Definitely coming back to this restaurant for more next time. Kudos to you guys!!!

The hotel is good and has very spacious rooms, and easy access from burjuman metro station, stayed here for 2 weeks but the room amenities were never given unless i asked, even room cleaning wasn't frequent, it was a nice experience

Staff , breakfast and check in and check out formalities and especially the location in Dubai

1) We got the rooms after 1 hour from our arrival even we booked two executive rooms several months back and even we reach around 4.00 of the afternoon. Best part was the behavior of Ms KANIKA KAPOOR who supported us through out our stay. She arranged rooms for us and very cooperative all the time.

2) Executive rooms standard, room service, breakfast standard, travel tour desk, all were great and i ranked them high from all aspects.

3) approach of the hotel is also excellent, maintenance is also excellent, LULU mall next to the hotel all in all great experience staying in holiday inn.

This is been a great and memorable experience at Holiday Inn. I have never visited this side of Dubai and always experienced few deficits with services in lot of hotels around Dubai, but Holiday Inn Bur Dubai has been extraordinary , purely because of the hotel investment in hiring a correct talen. Staff at the restaurants has been great.
