I spent on January 6, room 609 was very clean, its beds were super comfortable, the girl from frontdesk looked after me super spectacular, I work as a housekeeping supervisor in Denver and I was attentive to every detail. Congratulations, I recommend it

I wish I could leave ZERO stars. We booked directly through the hotel and never had any problem but once we got there they wouldn't let us check in. Apparently you have to be 21 but NOTHING on their website or the confirmation said that. Our money won't be refunded for a week. All they offered us was a bottle of water for our inconvenience. Never choosing holiday again.

Such a nice hotel in the heart of the city. Staff was great and given that it's an older hotel it's in pretty good shape. Valet parking makes it easy if you are going to check or the sights. Enjoy

Walls are very thin and the rooms are small. The crowd here appears to be for tourists mainly and is loud. Had a party going on most of the night in the room next door till 3am. The beds are generally uncomfortable and the bathrooms are very small too. Breakfast ain't bad, and folks at front desk are very polite. Unless they offer an unbeatable price, I'd stay elsewhere.

Got it for the trials in a pinch. Great breakfast. We stayed in a king suite with a gold out and it was ample room for four people. Our room did have a broken towel bar, but it's fine. If you're going to either of the arenas or the convention center, not a bad walk!

Came for con and despite the craziness excellent service, great complementary breakfast, nice (on the smaller side) rooms. Forgot my toothbrush but they have complementary toiletries so they saved the day.

first of all the veiws and the room was great, but the service here is just crap and the front desk manager was a complete dick the whole time. they have a policy where if you forget a tolietry item, they are supposed to provide you with a complimentary one for the mean time. so i call and the manager was a douche and was rude the whole time saying they dont provide room service and saying they just put those in the room to satisfy the customer.

Overbooked rooms despite having corporate reservation. Front desk made I, along with 3 others wait for more than 1.5 hour and said rooms were unavailable. As of positing, still awaiting response from management.

First I want to start off by saying the front desk is great (reggie)..the rate I got the room for was good, the hotel needs to be remodeled 30$ valet ridiculous.. I actually had a private conversation with one of the employees and they said things could be alot better, they can't have over time unless it's approved, pay raise is a problem, also that they have illegal immigrants working there that or good workers and deserve a raise, the Gm and assistants just sit in there office all day I could go on from the conversation we had..the owner needs to revamp the place inside and out..

Not that clean
And no parking. You'll have to pay extra 25 dollars per day to park in this unclean hotel.

It was a bad night. Room's weren't ready. Never brought the sheets, pillow and blankets when were called them. had to call again when we got back. Valet parking full. So you had to find someplace to park and pay. Will not reimburse us either.

Decent hotel. Not bad price. It is within walking distance of World of Coca Cola and the aquarium. The hotel is pretty nice inside, although it could use some touch ups in some spaces. The parking is the biggest issue. It has valet with is $30 per night, but where you have to park for the valet can be somewhat difficult. Overall a good hotel though.

Front desk was helpful and kind. I received a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom suite that was more than I needed, but very nice, nonetheless (Possibly a result of my reward member status). Bed was comfortable and had good bedding that kept me warm without overheating all night long. Bathroom had ample light and good water pressure. Location was good for access to an expo I was attending at the World Congress center.
Breakfast, as with all HIE hotels is consistent, but lackluster.
Overall, very happy with my stay and with the brand.

Staying here for a convention. Rooms were expensive, but everything is for these conventions. The check-in was a bit cumbersome as there is no real area to pull in other than parking on the road and no free parking. The employees were nice and checked us in quickly. We got a double bed room and it's pretty small. The bathroom is like a closet with having to crawl over toilet to get in the shower. The ac unit works great and goes down to at least 62 degrees. The rooms have a small fridge without a freezer, a microwave, a keurig, and a tv with an extra hdmi port. There is a definite lack of power plugs open in the room. There is the two in the lamp in between the beds, and two on the opposite side of the room. Luckily we always travel with a power strip so we can charge everything. Overall the room fits the basic needs for our convention stay as we only are sleeping in the room.

Such a small room to accommodate four people. This was a view from our room which was nice and the hotel was in walking distance to nearly everything. There is even a small store just around the corner for a few essentials that you may need.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. We came in to town for Kids Nationals for wrestling with the state of Pennsylvania. There were a lot of us and they did great trying to get us all in our room. We had a room issue and Reggie, Q and Michael did amazing to get us into a room. Those 3 went above and beyond to help us out!!

Good for a short stay. Got a room for two people with two queen beds. Room was quite small, as was the bathroom, but it was clean and well maintained. Excellent continental breakfast with a lot of options and plenty of coffee and creamer available.

We loved our location, everything was nearby. The rooms were kind of small, compared to one we stayed in DC. But, the complementary daily breakfast and friendly staff made our stay better and happier.

Old facility with recent updates/renovations. Very small rooms and bathroom spaces. Fitness facility is very small and quaint but has equipment of excellent quality. Free breakfast was GREAT and Delish!! The staff are very very courteous and professional (P.S. The staff can tell you about EVERYTHING in Atlanta, so no need for a tour guide or other travel resources.)

Location was great, staff was pretty good, breakfast was good, rooms were decent. But as weird as the sounds the hallways smelt HORRIBLE and some of our roommates said it was because one of the rooms flooded with nasty toilet water, and if that was the case it would be considered a biohazard and none of the staff alerted us...

People were great, building you could tell was old but they had done a descent job of trying to remodel and modernize it. Their parking is all valet, for me that's enough to not make me return. For others they may like that service but I like to go when I have to go. Waiting for my car is not something I like to pay for and it is $30 extra.

First time in Atlanta, this was the PERFECT spot for us, able to walk to The Tabernacle for a concert, and to eat good food! Very nice hotel amenities, cool view, spotty WIFI was no big deal. Walk out the door to EVERYTHING around Centennial Park.
We sat out on the bench in front late at night, locals were walking back home from their evenings-- super friendly neighborhood. Museums, art, clubs, mom & pop food, international food, famous restaurants... I hated to leave our comfy room! It was great.

Sink did not work. Room extremely small no room to turn around. Asked for directions first night to Seco seminar my husband needed to go to. He said it's my first night ask the other guy. When asked the valet guy he spoke very little English and had no idea either. Upon getting to hotel 2 guys standing right in front of it arguing. Probably worst hotel I ever stayed in. It was bad.

The hotel is clean, breakfast buffet is awesome, staff is helpful, and lobby popcorn machine is priceless. We Uber everywhere because who wants to bother with finding and paying for parking. We walked too Coca-Cola tour, CNN tour, Ferris Wheel, Centennial park, the underground and Westin Sundial and hooters. I would return/no complaints

A little on the older side but I found it to be clean and my mattress was super comfortable. The staff was very friendly all around. Breakfast was your normal hotel breakfast. The only thing I didn't like- I was on the corner of the hotel with streets on both sides of the room and you could hear the street traffic (2nd floor) It might be quieter higher up and on the inside? This is a great location, close to many attractions and right on the street car line.

I just had the pleasure of speaking with Lindsey, a receptionist or check in clerk at the hotel. She was rude, as she made a call reaching out for emergency help for someone in her establishment. If you're going to work in the hospitality industry at the very least show some hospitality toward the people you serve and professionalism when you making calls.

Room was in okay condition, could use some updating. Bathroom was very cramped. Some of the outlets next to the bed we're not operational. Bed was very hard and not comfortable. Price per night was reasonable for the area. Hotel is in walking distance of some major downtown attractions.

This hotel was a total dump. The elevators are so small only 5 people are allowed in them at a time. When we went to book an extra night they didn't even have us listed in the correct room number! They could have given a key to our room to someone else. Another friend went to pay and they had someone else's credit card number on file and not theirs. Stay somewhere else if you can!!!
