I had a lovely time there. My room was sparkling clean and breakfast was outstanding. The variety of options surprised me. The staff was quite attentive which felt like I am home. The only annoying thing was that even though my accommodation was prepaid by the embassy. They kept asking me for a 500 lira deposit during my stay.

The ad rvan Hall, formerly Casino, with two sections and an impressive ambience, is now used for meetings and events. It also has a wonderful terrace overlooking the Bosphorus, surrounded by greenery.
Its location is very far from the Bosporus The furniture is very old from the stone age The lighting is dimmed in the rooms The room carpet is squeaky and unclean A star imposed alone I do not recommend taking the room with breakfast because the food is very tired and the croissant is not varied Escape this hotel I recommend Swissotel or Ritz-Carlton
Club Lounge is truly excellent. Service Staff Ela is very sweet, we are very pleased with her special attention and helpfulness. Also, I would like to thank all the breakfast service staff, everything was very good. All products served are always of high quality and very tasty.
We are very happy to see the same kindness every time.
The most terrible experience after 2 nights with a wedding holidays close than the room. It's impossible sleep before midnight. The problem is with all the rooms downstairs the lobby level. The concierge with any solutions Be careful with the rooms at this hotel......
Good hotel and great close to the center of Istanbul I liked the view of the rooms on the Bosphorus and the spaces and green gardens surrounding the hotel and the shops of the necessary supplies of the hotel's clothes and bags and essentials, I also liked the coffee shops located in the hotel and the department of swimming pools and spacious, I also liked the hotel reception staff, especially Mr. Ahmed Syrian, who did their utmost to provide maximum comfort to the guests,
our stay was fine at first, but then it got weird. our stay was in 2 parts - we stayed for 5 nights, traveled somewhere else, and came back for another night. BAD: - the rooms we got for our 2-part stay were right next to each other, but the maintenance level was very different: the first room we had no problems at all. the second room we had the electricity go out, the bath wasn't properly sealed so water leaked out, the water stream was pathetic, the tap wasn;t properly connected to the wall and had some wiggle, the safe was old and very small (in the first room the safe could fit a laptop). again, the rooms are right next to each other. if they were at different parts of the hotel then maybe this could have been explained by one part not being renovated yet or something... but the rooms were literally right next to each other. - there were no "regular" rooms available so we got the "executive" rooms (which are more expansive). however "Executive" rooms are exactly the same as "regular" (i expect an "executive" room to be superior) and the rooms are pretty basic (i expect more from "executive"). - in both rooms there was only 1 outlet for 2 appliances (the coffee machine and the kettle), so we constantly had to unplug one and plug in the other. seriously? just have a splitter (or however its called) in the rooms. -rooms dont have ashtrays by default and you have to call room service and ask them for one. not a big deal, just feels weird that we had to do that. - checking in: the first part of our stay they asked for 1 passport, and we were told to pay at checkout. the second part of our stay they asked for all passports and said its a requirement of the state, and we payed in advanced. again: not a big deal, just strange. - checking out: the first time we were automatically charged for using the minibar (which we didn't). however they immediately canceled the charge when we told them. and now for the BIGGEST problem - PAYING! we made our reservation online and the total amount of the reservation (for the first part of our stay) was 918 euros. however at checkout they wanted to charge us 950 euros!!! their "method" was this: the rate is in euros and per night. for each day they convert the rate from euros to lira according to that specific days' exchange rate (which the say they get from the central bank), and then they add it all up and convert it back to euros (or you can pay that amount in lira). so due to small fluctuations in the currency, our final bill was about 30 euros more then our original reservation!!! call me crazy but when i order something and am given the total cost of it, i expect to pay THAT amount and not more. the people we talked to did not speak good enough English and we really had to leave for the airport so we didn't have enough time to argue and we paid those extra 30 euros (not a huge difference, but that is one NASTY TRICK!). if our reservation says 918 euro, i should pay 918 euro! and if i choose to pay in lira, then we convert it on the spot and not do tricks with a different conversion for every single day.
GOOD: - whenever we needed something (ashtray, electricity problems etc.) they came to fix it very fast, even in the middle of the night. - all of the staff is extremely nice! - rooms are large (but basic - even "executive") - location is convenient. - almost all of the staff speaks English (very small part doesn't speak good enough) - free mineral water bottles every day in the room. - the Dragon restaurant is very nice.
Great hotel, amazing views, excellent location, 5 min walking to Taksim, staff is more than friendly...but at same time its too crowded hotel, check in and out taking time and also you have to wait in raw for breakfast
The hotel is nice but the purpose of the snow is misplaced misplaced for the pain I wanted to take drugs from the reception but said they could take the drug came to the total amount of drug 8.5 TL 48.50 asked why this was taken by taxi to tell me why he was taken to the hotel pharmacy to the hotel 2850 meters 3 km for a distance of 40 TL congratulations also looked at comments only positive comments have been answered so here is no effect to write here I suppose
Years go by and the newest of everything, the biggest ones are being done. Istanbul is going on in the hotel management but some things never change .. This is one of them ..

This is a 5 star hotel, a Hilton Hotel. Thank you for the correspondence of the hotel man regardless of whether it is midnight or early morning! ! The airport is on the European side. The south is close to the "Marmara Sea". The Kinkaku Bay Cape will be about 20 kilometers east. A new town develops at the same time as crossing the Golden Horn through the old town. On the right side is the Dolmabahce Palace, about 2 kilometers away from where you can see the "Bosphorus Strait" (even if you can not see the sea late at night). Turn left there and climb the hill until you arrive at the Hilton Istanbul. We arrived at the hotel at midnight. Japan time is 6:28 am on the 9th. If it is in Japan, it will be the morning of dawn. Hey, hey, yo! ! ! (2005/06/08, 06/18) ****** I am indebted again at the end of the trip. Arrival check in is 21 o'clock. The next day, I took the paper bag that the hotel provided before getting on the "Gunai Dune, good morning" bus. There is breakfast in it. The bus left at Ataturk International Airport at 3:30. Thank you for the warm response of the people of the hotel! ! Thank you.
Beautiful hotel in a convenient location to Taxim Square. Facilities are top notch, gym is amazing and the pool looks beautiful. The outside of the hotel is tired but inside is really upmarket
I liked the Bosphorus view rooms very much, the location is within walking distance to Taksim, the staff is extremely interested, the covid 19 measures are extremely good, the food did not meet my expectations except for soups, the outdoor pool was nice, the indoor pool was closed due to the process. My rating is 4.5 out of 5
The location is very nice. Elegant and clean hotel. The staff transactions are very very impressive especially Khalid and his roommate are very helpful.
A hotel that smells history. It is possible to see most of the old Turkish films. When you enter inside, you see the same historical texture. The renovations at the hotel should have been partly done. So instead of renewing, there is a management that prefers to patch.
