Fitness center doesn't work after 8 pm (?). They said it was because of covid, but bathroom in the room was not clean despite covid.
They do not have paypass. Which is a problem.
They did not give a charger for the phone (I forgot). This is also a problem and I never had such ones before in other hotels. Very bad experience. I am here in the business trip and I will never come back to this hotel again.

Very nice hotel in a good location with a nice view of the Bosphorus.
From the outside the Hilton looks like a concrete bunker from the fifties, but as soon as you step into the hotel you know you are in the right place. The rooms are very spacious and comfortably furnished. At the breakfast buffet you will find everything you need and the Lebanese and Chinese restaurants are excellent.
You can walk to the next subway station in 10 minutes and from there very quickly to the old town with all the major sights.
We felt very comfortable and were definitely not the last time in this hotel.
My hotel can call my house.Adina is a large area with a large area, not enough room for the quality of service, the rooms with Bosphorus view, Hakan, sauna, outdoor pool and magnificent dirt garden weddings are another alternative to the hotel in the heart of the city.

We were craving for the Indian food after long business trip and a local friend took us to Dubb restaurant in the hotel. It has an amazing view of the Bosporus. And of course the food was good as well. The hotel itself is at a very good location with good amenities.
So good natural views with Bosphor and bridges,but so expensive for stay more than 2 nights

Well located, 1km from Taksim, vetuste, family room with garden is big enough but commonplace separates us with neighbors, we hear everything as if it was the same room !! No more bathroom, dirty coffee maker. Not what we expected, disappointed ++
Great Turkey Great people Great Place. The Hilton Hotel was built before 66years in that time it was prime location you can see Asia and the sea . As for the Hotel services and furniture 10 out 10 . I highly recommend this Hotel Hilton Bosphorus.

Hilton hotel on the Bosphorus has been the worst experience that I have had they gave me a very dirty room the bathroom had mould and the carpet was stained also the bed sheets were stained for a 5 star hotel the hotel rooms were in a very poor state this hotel rating is certainly no where near a 5 star rating.
I spoke to several managers and also asked them to cover the costs for the amenities that we used and they refused I was so disappointed for the money I paid I did not get the room quality that I deserve this is appalling

It is a great location, and very good security with nice grounds. The pool however was empty when I was there and the breakfast has gone downhill. The place never feels full, and I think management is looking at cutting back on things such as the breakfast. If your room rate does not include breakfast it'll be US$21 which is pretty expensive for what you get. Nonetheless, staff were very courteous and well trained. Also if you have the Bosphorous view please note that there is a nightclub which begins banging out music at 9:30 at night. You will hear it loud and clear from your balcony!
