High Meadow Resort Review

I wont be back it was tooo expensive the horse back rideing. Cost 25 bucks to ride in a circle. If u have kids 12-15 maby its worth the money but to play tennis.soft ball. Volleyball. Shuffle board and a simming pool and basket ball. 56$ a person is allot of money. The food was good but how much can 1 person eat .lol the only thing that was priceless was ulla drummers face when she seen all her family there to surprise her on her 75th bday

*The manager is the most unorganized person I may have ever met.

I had a wonderful experience here. I was one of the many chaperones on a trip with middle school students. The students were so very involved in everything. We unloaded the bus in the 10am hour and by the 12 noon hour, I was tired. Of course I took advantage of the air brush tattoos & photo booths but I wasn't prepared for the Rock Climbing Wall or any of the other activites, so I observed and watched all the children have a great time.

High Meadow is a great place for a family oriented company sponsored picnic. This is a very kid friendly place with a lot of fun unique activities. The grounds are clean and well maintained. The staff was very interactive and the food was impressively good, resturant quality. All in all, a fun family day!

Our school went here last year, and I cant speak for everyone, but it was an amazing experience for me and my friends!

This was a amazing experience. Everything there is paid for already you can get as much food as you want, ice cream, air brush tattoos, and activitys.

Excellent place for family gatherings. I've only visited it at a company party, but the service, food and activities they have are very good.

It seemed like a good place to bring kids, lots of fun things for them to do. Mini golf (kids sized), jumpy things, play grounds. For adults, small rock climbing wall, badminton, ground curling, tennis, volleyball.

Service is always great...been coming back for over 10 years ... food is great.

I've been there last year for my high school senior outing and it was so much fun to spend the day there! Awesome place!

Normally when I come here it has always been pleasant unfortunately this time the manager was very unprofessional about how she approached a bus driver driving one of the schools.miscommunication Between the school bus company and the bus driver who brought her two little children with her lead to the manager being very unprofessional about the way she handled the situation saying that she wasn t going to be giving free food out to everybody bad enough she already lets the driver is stay for free just a lot of stuff that was said that did not need to be said Especially in front of young children I felt that she was very unprofessional and she could ve handled the situation and a lot different approach than she did.Kept saying that the bus driver needed to get the bus off of her property even after the bus driver said there s no problem I m sorry about the miscommunication and it just was on needed bullying.The drivers children were very disturbed by this experience just feel that it could ve been done differently and in a lot more of a professional way.

Great family fun been going for over 15 year's and my friends and family goes every year and more to come thank you.

I was there chaperoning a 22th grade pre graduation outing. It was mostly great...a lot of food and activities. my only complaints are that the girls bathroom had an extremely strong odor, and the pool was closed to our students without an explanation.

Always a nice place to visit for our company picnic, foods great, staff even better

I had fun with and it's actually a kid resort, music, free food, activities, and a pool.

Lots for kids of all ages. If you had dietary needs, I'm not sure it would be easy to eat much here.

The park provided an endless amount of food as well as soda and other condiments and various activities during the time that you are there.

Went to a family union all day event had a great Time good food and met with some people I haven't seen in a while. Great place.

They provide a variety of foods in a self-serve Buffet, hot dogs and hamburgers, and desserts Galore. It's a good place to go to for swimming, horseback riding, horseshoes, pony rides, wall climbing and child and adult crafts.

Nice area, great staff needs investment (additional bathrooms)

This place has everything from great unlimited food, so many activities, and great staff. Will definitely go again.

The lunch food I ate here was raw so don't do that and the dounuts and everything else was great like the tie-dye station and it's free if you bring your own shirt but if your going to buy one from there, it costs about $8 per shirt and all the other merchandise there was also super expensive.

I attended a few work related gatherings/picnic here a few years back as an invited guest of my mother's. We did not stay here, only visited and enjoyed the day. The place is nice, as was the staff. We had a great time and enjoyed the food too.

Great place to get away from the inner city. From the rock wall cricket field, tennis courts, basketball court, huge swimming pool. Kiddy pool. Life guards posted. Horse rides.

Very fun, the food is great but the fries could be better. They looked like the kind that McDonald's make

No comparison to Holiday Hill. The changing area by the pool was not good. There was very little privacy. All of the bathrooms in the main area were clogged. The buffet food was not hot. The lifeguards were rude and obnoxious. But I visited with an awesome group of people and was still able to enjoy myself.

Great atmosphere. Staff were very respectful and helpful. All activities within a close proximity to the main building. Plenty of activites for the children. I will definitely come back.

Activities we're very fun for young family. Food was good but nothing special

I went in June 11,2018 and it was amazing because our school took us for doing a great job at school.Now I'm in sixth grade and Its January 2019,If your interested in just having fun for a day to get your mind of somethings ,then this is the place to go.

Lovely place, well-kept. There was plenty to do with an activity list running all day, and several activities constantly available such as food, swimming pool, horseshoes and tennis and ping pong and volleyball and a ton of other little sport type things that I forget the names of. Free cotton candy and popcorn, horseback riding for an extra fee, parking was convenient and close to the central attractions. It definitely had a good mix of the outdoorsy rugged feel of a campgrounds but clean and comfortable more like a resort. Bring your sunscreen! Not many bugs, surprisingly, but have your spray on hand just in case. ;)

Food was excellent and plentiful. The pool was clean. The staff were helpful and polite. The activities for the kids were fantastic. Fun for all ages. Great place for a company picnic.

Loves high meadows local 42 does their picnics there every year awesome place cater to your every need

Very understaffed, the workers looked tired, food was limited to grey meat and dripping wet lettuce. Would not recommend this as an outing for students considering the unsafe environment due to lack of training of the staff. The diversity was not much and there seemed to be a lack of communication between workers.

It has a all day food buffet and a pool and many activities

This place was pretty fun! The only thing is that there wasn t much food or like different kinds other than Donuts, Clam Chowder, Burgers, Wings, Hot Dogs, and a couple other things. The variety that I saw for this place online was not big but it was okay. The other problem is that the pool was way too cold. I barely got in it because it was super cold, it felt like an ice cube. The pool was big but not able to get into much.

Nice place to just relax with family. Staff was friendly. Place was clean.
