I think this is the most hipster place in Groningen. Cool and imaginative environment, good selection of IPA beers. And the best thing about this place is Sunday brunch!

Amazing breakfast. Great quality. You can get anything from the menu, all day long. Breakfast in the evening , not a problem. Highly recommended.

I recently had lunch here with a friend. The service was smooth and friendly despite the quickly filling up terrace. I ordered, on the recommendation of the staff, the breakfast menu. Delicious fresh bread, large pieces of melon, grapes, cheese, meat and other sweet fillings. A wonderfully soft boiled egg and excellent coffee. That also works. My reviews have now been viewed together more than 10,000 times. Some of my reviews are to protect consumers from error practices. I prefer to write positive reviews, such as today. Had a brakke brunch at the concerthuis. Way too crowded and chaotic, staff was grumpy and clearly couldn't handle the number of people. Food wasn't special and not warm either.

Nice place with always good hits that run in the background. Many added to my own lists. The staff often give you the impression that you are chatting with friends on the couch at home. I find it very pleasant myself. Every month new beers to taste is also a reason that I come there. This keeps the tent refreshing. The gin tonics that are on the menu are also always delicious. Keep it up!

Sorry but I did not find the prices, quantity and quality of the food to match. The casual atmosphere makes up for that, but when I'm hungry I want to be able to eat properly. And even though the food is grown organically and / or socially responsible / caught / sex which makes it more expensive, I still have to feel that my stomach is filled with good food.
Now my visit was already 3 months ago, so it may be that the whole has already been adjusted to a better level.
For a beer and a chat you are also in the right place anyway. So let me know via your review if the weather is worth it for a bite to eat. Cheers.

Cozy atmosphere, nice music, nice furnishings, and there is a large selection of games available. There are also many types of specialty beers, apple ciders and other drinks, and the service is super friendly.

Very cozy place to sit, can also hang well. Staff is just not very quick with taking orders, think we were more than 20 minutes before they came to take our order.

Great place, we are here 1x per 2 month to play games with a group of people. They have a good stock of (board) games themselves, and enough space to do something with a group of people.

It is the sum of the reasons why I have no more than 1 star left for this place. Assuming that it was good a few years ago:



There is only 1 toilet available for the men.

A waitress with tattoos and piercings who seemed to come across as an open-minded person reacted very much to a joke from a friend of mine. I had a "first date" in the concert house and I happened to be spotted by a friend. By way of playful action, he gave me and my date a frikandel special. A few minutes later, the servant came to read to us that this really was not possible. "Yes, fine, throw that thing away," I said.

After 1 drink I asked the same clerk for the bill. After 10 minutes I saw her talk for a long time with colleagues (or acquaintances of her), but I paid that bill myself at the bar. Unfortunately not with my cash because no; "We do not accept cash" Sir.

I will not come here again, the concert hall seems to be a chill location for hipsters and the staff is also selected for that. But behave accordingly and be more open-minded.

Nice atmosphere, board games and plenty of specialty beer, beer list changes often. Downsides are the food (very little for a lot of money) and sometimes beers that you order but are accidentally caught on.

Food was delicious and you get value for money. However, every time I come here I have to walk to a waitress to ask if I can order something, after waiting about 40 minutes. Little attention to the customer.

Fresh and powerful place, has its own vibe. Usually crowded at nights, chilling in the early hours. The Gin Tonics are awesome.

Very nice atmosphere, always nice to try new games here. Drinking and eating is also of good quality. Especially the fries and mayo are very tasty.

Was tipped on this occasion, there was ample choice of vegan dishes, and it was completely fulfilled. Get the table full.
It was about 6 am (still) pretty quiet and we were served quickly and friendly.
We'll be back soon, we haven't even had everything yet.

4.5 hours of drinking wine with friends and sharing food. The wine was good, the food tasty and the atmosphere cozy. Definitely recommended if you are in Groningen!

Nice audience, very nice service. Little shabby interior. Interesting beer list. We ordered a duo humus. Looked very macrobiotic, but turned out to be quite tasty and left a very good feeling. Wines also seemed ok, but not tried themselves. In short: hip place where you will not be nicked. The place to be. Highly recommended.

Popular, cosy place for a drink and some food. Located in city center, it's very popular among students. The interiour looks like second hand stuff, but somehow that brings a great charm to the atmosphere. During the weekend in the evening and in the night a crowded place, with lot's of talking.
