Good burgers, and the staff takes great care making your food, Ceiling could use a cleaning

staff is really nice here and they make their food fresh.

Above average normal fast food, task is good but limited selections. Onion ring must try. A bit expensive.

Prices are too high, but staff, service and food are all great as usual.

Good food, good service but no swiss chalet fries or self serve fountain.

Of all the fast food burger places this is one of my favorites

The owner of this location is there working very often when I go. He runs a tight ship. Its always clean, the staff are pleasant and food is hot (and good). Its a great option when you're craving a quick burger and onion rings.

The lady behind the counter was very friendly as was the manager.. Food was disappointing

Was a good burger, only put 1 tomato slice on though... had to ask for another one . Fries were somewhat fresh. Was okay. Meh. Big Shared parking lot.

I ordered takeout with the app, took a bit longer to get there and the dude said he didn't make the smoothie yet because he didn't want it to just sit. Good service from this location 10/10 would come again

Awesome quality burgers for a decent price and the staff are very friendly. Lots of covid precautions (social distancing, face masks/gloves) in place.

Good menu and hood sized portions. Service was extremely attentive but not over the top. Great experience.

Always Good and Always Vegetarian despite the Angus Burger as meat is a Mystery

This is the best Harvey s location. Great service. Their veggies burgers are the best of all the chain burger stores as far as I am concerned, been enjoying them for what could be decades, but have lost track of time lol! The first of the chains to provide them as I remember and they are still the best! (Fries and onion rings also!)

Super slow service. line up almost to the door. only one person making burgers.

This rating is purely based on lack of steps being taken during this time of a pandemic. Not a single worker wore a facemask. Unacceptable considering it is an open kitchen .. the customer and employee are talking back and forth OVER the open trays of food and condiments. Please fix this at once.

Went to the Harvey's at 8865 Yonge St, Richmond Hill, ON L4C 6Z1 in the afternoon of 04/29.

The place was empty, 3 workers behind the counter and I still had to wait for what seemed like forever for the cashier to acknowledge me (which she never did) and when I asked her to take my order she said, I still needed to wait.

I don't understand why she couldn't take my order and then continue doing whatever she was doing. The longer she takes to take my order, the longer my food is going to take and I'm hungry. Anyways, good thing subway is beside this place because I went to Subway and spent less time in there getting my delicious sub then I did in Harvey's just waiting for my order to be taken.

Can't go wrong with Harvey's :) the branch is open until late, friendly staff and overall very clean!

NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE! This was my first and last time visiting Harvey's. The cashier was so rude to me. There was no one in the dining room and I was waiting 5 minutes for them to get my order, but they looked at me and acted like the customer is not there at all. I visited during a pandemic and I was expecting the employees to at least wear a mask, BUT NO ONE AT THE PLACE WAS WEARING A MASK.

Always friendly with customers and each other. A well run ship with a great crew

THEY ARE DISGUSTING. The cook makes your burger as well puts on the condiments with no gloves whats so ever and no hair nets.
puts your bun in toaster with their bare hands.
then uses the tongs with their bare hands, they don't use separate tongs for the different condiments, touches the bags and counters and then will move on to the next persons burger with their bare hands. Are you excited to eat there now with all those extra germs? i suppose they think it adds flavour?

DISGUSTING.
P.S. the manager doesn't really care either.

June 8, 2018. With a brand new crew in place, it's a better dining experience.

I decided to order an Angus burger meal combo, and ended up with a delightfully grilled burger just charred enough to give off a distinct, smokey flavour, and crispy fries to go. While other establishments cook their food just enough to serve satisfactorily, you get the sense that the staff here really know what they're doing. Good management and good food- can comfortably recommend!

Clean washroom. Fries were not fresh, nor was the oil in the deep fryer fresh on a Wednesday noon order. Cashiers were friendly but the quality of food was subpar.

Great fast food. Also have a multigrain hamburger bun. Quick service with polite friendly staff.

Great location right in the heart of Richmond Hill (ever since the one at Yonge and Baif Blvd got torn down and built into a Condo, I've been looking for a new Harveys to venture off to when I get that craving for fire grilled burgers).

Will never be eating here again. Ordered chicken strips through Uber eats and they were completely raw. Someone could get sick from eating raw chicken, absolutely unacceptable.

Burgers are getting smaller and smaller... But there is a lot of choices for toppings to make up the difference lol

Just left with our food at 1030pm. 1 asian kid, 1 Caucasian kid seemed to want to close up so rushed us to order. Very short tempered and bad attitudes. Awful service.

Best and cleanest Harvey s i ve been to. The staff are so polite and friendly and the food is always fresh. We go out of our way to go to this location.

Good location with lots of parking - restaurant was clean and the staff was friendly. My son and I had the crispy chicken combos, although it took longer to cook it was fresh, hot, and delicious! Onion rings were great as well!

You can rely on one thing with Harvey's - consistency. I have a weakness for their cheese burgers with quadruple pickles (a mania from days of pregnacy). The staff are helpful. The entire premises is clean. A well kept, reliable bet.

Food quality and service have improved tremendously compared to 3-4 years ago.

Harvey's never fails, it's always a great place to grab a quick bite when your on the road.

There s a old lady that works here I visited with my husband she tried to offer things we didn t want will not be returning to this location and the staff seemed to be confused.

A little overstaffed but that seems to benefit customers. Great and fast service. Food was also fine.

I went there as courier for Skip The Dishes tonight. Very very respectful and polite staff.
Service was great. I got there early but they offer me drink because of the waiting (even though I was early) which is really nice! Sometimes small things means a lot of things.

Checked out this location last weekend and was pretty impressed. Service was great and the staff was very friendly (especially the cashier). The lunch hour did get a little crowded but it's understandable given you have to wait for your burger to be cooked as opposed to having it "ready to serve" like other establishments, thats why we choose Harveys right?

Also, having the beer store and LCBO in the same plaza made for a convenient weekend stop.

This branch was very nice and clean. I would like to thank one of the staff here. An elderly woman with white hair, which was very polite and kind. When my daughter returned a potato bowl, without asking me, I had a container He gave me another pot. For me, it was not the attention he paid to me and my daughter. I appreciate the management of this branch.

Definitely the best overall experience at a dine-in restaurant. Very friendly staff, great quality food and impressive indoor environment. I will definitely bring my family and friends! Big 5 stars to the owner and staff!

The last couple months I've been on a Harvey's bender.

The staff is mostly young kids but they are always phenomenal. I dont know if they have a great manager or they just find really talented students but man A++ service and quality at this Harvey's.

Fast and friendly service. Burgers are a good as always. But they claim wheelchair accessibility.. Thats half true. The inner door is accessible the outer door isn't. Thats right it isn't. So wheelchair users, elderly or even parents with strollers be prepared for the challenge. Harvey's and parent company say it's landlords responsibility but they never claimed to try anything for their customers. They say it's not easy.
So then landlord is time to support the people.

Always satisfied whenever I come into this Harvey's location. Quality tasting burgers, super friendly staff, and it always seems to be clean. By far my favourite fast-food restaurant in the area!
