situation is very good. just once around the corner and you're at the sacre coeur church. the staff was umfrendlich. The room was tiny and not clean! you could not even drop your suitcase on the floor. The toilet was a box in the middle of the room. the water hangs in the basin. the hotel was unfortunately very disappointing. 2 stars, however, because the location is unbeatable.

Mostly liked. But tv didnt work. No toiletries provided. Wifi was poor. Room small.
However, staff were good. Rooms were nicely decorated and clean (some maintenance such as wobbly tap would have improved further) and staff were friendly and helpful.

The decoration is original. The cleanliness of the room is correct (do not look at the details). A terrible first night. Indeed a nightclub is right next to it. So be sure to avoid the nights from Saturday to Sunday because it is extremely noisy not to mention that the hotel is very poorly soundproofed. The second night (Sunday to Monday) went better.
The location and love theme of the hotel was exactly what we wanted for a romantic get away in the heart of Montmartre. Though the service was quite good overall, the room was tiny and the carpet was stained.
The bed was comfortable and we slept well. But the walls were thin and we could hear everything in the hallway outside our room.

Our stay in Paris was a great, comfortable room, bed, breakfast and friendly staff ... and we spent the rest of the day and so in the magical city of Paris.
Enjoyed our stay here very much. The receptionists were always friendly and helpful. They put rose petals and champagne along with a happy birthday sign in our room on arrival for my wife's birthday. The rooms are small but very comfortable, perfect for a short stay and in an excellent location.
Charming hotel and staff as I rarely met, nothing to do at night and in the morning. They impressed me a lot, their little attentions prove that they do not do this out of complacency. And I add that the gentleman of the breakfasts is very nice, and that it is very complete and good (the breakfast not the gentleman ).

ATTENTION! The hotel is closed! We booked in June 2020, arrived on July 29th and stood in front of a locked door! No information from the hotel received, absolutely nothing! Just don't book!

Nice hotel with great rooms. Very nice service, gladly again we travel here in one of the most beautiful Veedel of Paris. All around are great restaurants, definitely eat pizza at IL Boco.

We reserved for one night in March. Unfortunately we had to confine ourselves and we could not go there. So I called for reimbursement and there, however, I ran into a wall and a very rude person. They absolutely do not want to reimburse, take their customers hostage. I received an email from Covid service a month ago saying that I was going to be reimbursed and again nothing. At 157 euros per night and also a 4 star hotel, they are not at the top relationship level at all. One thing is certain is that during my next stay I will not be staying at this establishment. Now I just hope they'll pay it back.
Great location, in the heart of Montmartre and great customer service, the receptionist was very nice, polite and helpful.
On the down side though, the room was extremely small and quite dirty, the carpet stained and dirty, not really a four star hotel standard.
