Too expensive for what it delivers. Not dog friendly even though they claim to be.

Very pleasant stay with half board
Although we certainly did not have the best room, we were very satisfied. Room and bathroom were very clean, the beds comfortable. Breakfast and dinner were rich and good. In addition, there was free access to the swimming pool and sauna.
The place La Clusaz is already one of these typical winter sports resorts, consists to a large extent of hotels, but still has a very nice core. In winter he is probably overcrowded. We were there in the summer for hiking. At the time, the crowd was bearable. The hiking trails around are very beautiful, and they are available in all levels of difficulty.

Room for three people, much too small. Room poorly cleaned, not worth a 4 star.

The room is very quiet and very dark at night, what a joy. The lounge, swimming pool, sauna and hammam are very nice and there are not many people.
Unfortunately for a 4 star, a few small details tarnish the picture. The liner of the pool is damaged on one corner and folds are growing at the bottom.
The room is okay but the curtains look like an old blanket. No mini bar in the rooms. Corridor always cluttered with household carts. Access to the swimming pool at -1 from the basement is not very classy ....

A particularly nice welcome with a little guided tour as we were new to the hotel. We had a spacious, comfortable room with a great view over the valley. The pool is a good size. If you turn up between 4pm and 7pm, there's afternoon snacks at the bar. Parking can be tricky

The benefits are not worthy of a four-star. No reduction or commercial gesture is proposed while the pool and the relaxation area are inaccessible because work. We asked for a vegetarian menu and we were offered quinoa with beans and fries on a plate. We did not ask for a kids menu yet ...

Beautiful hotel with a great view. Staff very welcoming and friendly. Also a jacuzzi pool area at the top. Just a shame for the restaurant which is not open at noon with only a single menu at night so not much choice. I highly recommend the hotel and I think we will come back again.

Very quiet hotel in the off-season. Swimming pool almost always empty. We are pampered by the staff. Relaxing and rejuvenating.

Superb hotel at the foot of the slopes, the rooms are cozy and the food is quality. The staff are very attentive. There is parking for parking.

Very nice hotel, exeptionnel restaurant, attentive staff, but some flats anyway. Among other things, the hotel accepts pets and charges 8 euros per day, but at the hotel restaurant the dog is not allowed to enter (small chihuhua in his bag). is stipulated nowhere on the site. The brooms hidden behind the air conditioner at the place where you rest after the hammam not great for a 4 star !!!

Nice room, clean, nice bathroom with tub and a small terrace with a nice view. What could be better ?
The wellness area is also great with a terrace for sunbathing, an indoor swimming pool for swimming, a Jacuzzi with a magnificent view of the mountain, a sauna and a hammam.
A hiking trail that starts from the hotel. 2 min walk from the village of La Clusaz.

Perfect for a stay, even short, with swimming pool, jacuzzi, steam room, sauna, ...

Pleasant stay in a very well located, charming hotel, with careful reception and decoration. The spa is nice. The lounge / games room with Billiards is very pleasant. We enjoyed the afternoon tea served in the living room with praline brioche and fruit juice.
Some caveats, however, to be noted for a hotel of this category:
- Parking not suitable, no place to park, we had to leave our car below the establishment.
- Queuing at the entrance to the dining room to be able to have breakfast without anyone offering us another alternative, this is neither pleasant nor normal.
- Soundproofing of rooms to improve (noise from corridors, elevator and rooms next to ours)
- Shower / sink separation glass too short leaving a cramped place to shower which is not very comfortable.

Very pretty setting and establishment, pleasant staff, superb spa! Very good dinner at the hotel restaurant. The only point for improvement: the rooms would benefit from being better soundproofed.

Magnificent holidays, adorable and attentive staff, top-notch reception, cleanliness in hotels and restaurants. Too bad our stay was cut short because of the French reconfinement. We will return and recommend it to you, for sure!

We spent a week in the summer with 4 people (2 adults and 2 children (7 and 4 years old)).
The welcome was perfect and the manager always available and super friendly. The restaurant, whether for breakfast (buffet) or for dinner (starter, choice between 2 courses, dessert and cheese buffet) are delicious and for children the menu is suitable . There is a locked bike room and a garden hose available for washing bikes. The terrace is super well placed and very pleasant. The swimming pool, jacuzzi and sauna are accessible to all. There is a kicker and a pool table inside. Establishment to recommend. We will go back
